I think that is Saturn on Pluto. It's a generational aspect, not a fun one, it's got to be said.

Saturn transits often last for about 9 months. The duration of a Pluto transit is roughly 2 years.

Saturn Conjunct Pluto

Saturn implies restrictions and limitations, which serve as a barrier to progress until certain changes are made or lessons learnt; and when in association with Pluto, the way forward is conditioned by the need for an inner transformation to occur. With this aspect, it is likely that you will experience some degree of frustration in achieving your objectives, or a sense of invisible blockages facing you that require you to discover some way to pass them or dissolve them through penetration.

Pluto Conjunct Saturn

Transiting Pluto conjunct your natal Saturn. Traditions, responsibilities and regulations are going through a period of revision. Security is often a major concern because the limitations that were in place no longer apply. You may feel vulnerable, find yourself preoccupied with morbidity and death or you may have to deal with corruption on some level. The old solutions to problems don't work any more and you have to find new ways to overcome limitations. This is often an austere period.

If lord of the 9th, sometimes indicates a period of hard trial or perceived testing by the divine. You may find it hard to maintain faith. You may have a "God is dead" attitude.
