Inspired by Got Gemini?'s thread, I am wondering if anyone can fan the flames of my naive hope that Pluto transiting Venus will bring me pleasures untold.

It won't happen for quite a few years, but that old Neptune in the 1st loves a little daydream. If no-one has any inspiring stories I'll just make something up in my eager anticipation.

Probably when it happens (presuming I am still around) it will be something mildly pleasant about money *yawn*

What houses does your Venus rule, and what house does it reside in? Those are the places where love and money and parties and pastries will reside...

7th, always about the 7th, the housewife's house. But, on the plus side Pluto will be moving out of the 2nd at long last, so maybe it will be about something else than my husband's tax forms. I dare to dream (Venus also ruling the 12th).

I had mine in '06-'07 and it was greeeeaaaat. Totally changed my entire life, deepened my understanding of love and art, brought me an amazing new relationship and totally transformed an old one. I wish it were still going on! You'll totally enjoy it, blue moon. It's some of the best the zodiac has to offer.

Mine is coming up too, but in a few years, or a decade...?? In a long enough time to not hold my breath for it.

My Venus resides in the 11th House
My 7th and 12th Houses are Venus ruled.
Pluto will be in my 3rd House.

I am hoping for some astro payback for all the crumby years I've had. Really! I want it all.

belgz - money... I can live with that but... like blue moon *yawn* I want Notebook type of love, sickening, corney love that makes me think differently about marriage and children and such. After tPluto trines my Venus, I want to be getting divorced or at least regretting "that night in Las Vegas" or something. I have never acted stupid like that and i want to be a dumb-ass for once. I want to get knocked up (because i wanted to, not because I was careless) and to get married because i wanted to (not because I was drunk/or because my drink was spiked) but because I truly believe in these things.

If I get money during this transit, it could mean that "he" didn't sign a pre-nup... which would be fabulous! And since this transit is two years of delirium, I can spend the money i make then on therapy, trying not to cringe at the fact that I married a porn star in Vegas.

I am too serious. So, I hope this transit brings me a bit of recklessness in love. And the parties and pastries ...and the indulgence. I would love 2 years of being a spoiled brat who is in love, has a lot of cash and all things Venusian! As I said... it's about dang time!

Careful what you wish for, there, Unmoved. You really might wind up in a powerful new relationship that utterly transforms your way of life. Before my Pluto trine Venus, I was still relatively ambivalent about things like "true love," the kind that makes you think you can do anything for the other person. Now...uh...

It's not like we got married or anything, but I do love him. He's amazing (and I feel like he was molded specifically for my soul in this life cycle).

no defeatist attitude here Zala1 You will live long and you know what they say about the bedroom at that age? They say it is sizzling! In 2024 Pluto will be in Aqua! just think of this time as the Meantime. My Pluto in Sag was called "the Meantime" before I find my dream love affair. not these dodgy things I have been calling relationships.

Re: those dodgy things you've been calling relationships?? Dress rehearsals, with Pluto waiting in the wings for his grand entrance, maybe??

christ! Zala... Dress rehearsals gone terribly wrong. Tell you what Zala... Think of Babara Streisand and her road to love. She kissed a lot of frogs before she got there - and none turned into Princes. They never do. LOL But after that long road of kissing frogs there stood a prince waiting to save her from possible frog poisoning etc...

So, yes, we are practicing here so that we don't make fools of ourselves when the Mr Rights come along because it is going to be a buffet. Men on platters with apples in their mouths... it is going to be raining men - Hallelujah!

I'm going through Pluto trine Venus right now and my life continues to be one disappointment after another. It has been pure hell and I can't wait until it's over!

I didnt knew that Tr Pluto trine Venus had such important meaning

Im going through that right now - venus rules my 1St and 8th houses and Pluto rules my 2nd house.

wHAT does that Transit often "brings" btw?

I went to see on a site it tells:

" This is a period during which your relationships deepen in importance. You may have the chance to meet someone who completely changes your views on life. These relationships are noted for their intensity of passion and for leaving a permanent mark on each individual. You also have the chance now to reorganize your financial priorities and weed out relationships that are no longer useful to you.

If Venus is lord of your 1st house, relationships deepen in intensity and are very sexual. There is often an unequal sharing of power. Your popularity increases.

If lord of the 8th, carefully monitor your finances and credit report. Can indicate misuse of personal information, invasion of privacy and betrayals of secrecy.
"

GOOD LORD - i liked the increasing of popularity part and the deepen intensity of current relationships - but...not the one that probably relationships end! I dont want that really..just the part of "reorganize my financial priorities..."

I wish I could help but I'll never have this in my life unfortunately; I don't think I'll be around when pluto hits the late part of aries.

I have recently been going through pluto transiting over my natal venus and can say it was subtle but not bad. I guess I became more interested in relationship intrigue than normal.

t-pluto trine jupiter, now that's a wonderful transit. Wish I could permanently live through that!
