LOL, 6 degrees is too little in my book. In the natals? Then I should probably not mention that I consider 9deg orb conjunctions and oppositions. This is how I learnt astrology, in my first astro book. It said you can go up to 9 deg for conj/opp especially involving Sun or Moon. 8 for Jup/Sat/Ura/Nep/Plu and 7 for Merc/Ven/Mars. I still have those rules in my head, even though it's been 10 years since then. IP: Logged |

i'm the same - i shoud get on with leos - but like you said - i run. i've made my comments about leo men earlier in this thread - and my experiences with them.lol! never ever ever! but it should be such a good match! so not though. i can't imagine i'd go well with a libran male either. not sure that would work for me. my husband is a capi - of all things. i was taught six degrees each side, but obviously the tighter the orb the more you relate. well, that's what i think anyway. 5 or 6, for me, is just getting a bit far out. 10 degrees is enormous - way too much leverage.IP: Logged |

Hahaha, yes he is (Clive - Lancome). And looking gorgeous. As in putting gorgeous in GORGEOUS! Yeah, I've read your comments on Leo men. I don't have experience with them, I simply stayed the hell away from them, for some reason. I only dated 1 Sagittarian, which was a mess, and the rest have been Air Suns except Libras for the above given reasons ) and recently a Taurus, and that was a mess too. Actually, it still is since we're technically together. After the total failures in my love life, I'm actually considering opening up for the Leo fire. God help me! Cappies are among my favourite signs! Prolly because I have my Asc there. Dunno, I just admire them so much. Ugh... I hope his Sun doesn't square (all) your Aries placements. IP: Logged |

my hubby and i both have aqua moons, and two of my children too! i tend to attract aquarians. when i was single i would end up always just being friends with sagis. love them - that's textbook atrology - the fire signs. but somehow the leo goes awry with me. nothing textbook there, that's for sure.i used to work with a leo male who was very strong and also very chauvenistic and if he had an argument with his girlfriend he would break up with her. one argument and you're out! PeaceAngel, I'm talking about natal charts, I think we're allowed to loosen a bit in the natals. I agree the orbs should stay tight in synastry (actually, I don't - or didn't - but I'm starting to). I like DD's take on... just about everything . I think she's quite amazing, to be honest! IP: Logged |

izooh yeah! agree that orbs should be tight in synastry. and i think too in natal too. okay - i give in here - maybe not 3 degrees each way - but maybe 5. six is really a lot when you think about the size of a house or the chart itself. definitely agree about darkdreamer - has a great take on everything - very very knowledgable - very smart. Hmmm... I think you might dislike Leos because they square your Saturn and Mars. I totally dislike what my Saturn and Mars square/oppose. I can get over it, if I really want to, but it's not smooth sailing and I always have to control myself as to not criticize them. There's this guy with Taurus Merc, in opposition to my Saturn. We're friends, but I bite my tongue frequently. And it's also the fact that it's in Taurus, and my Merc is in Aries, I'm tapping my foot while he speaks, he makes me so nervous! I feel he's never finishing that sentence and all I want to do is interrupt him. Torture! I can work well with mid-Taurus Mercuries, which conjunct my Venus. For them, I have patience and I enjoy our conversations. IP: Logged |

yes, i get that - tapping foot waiting for them - especially when you know exactly where they're going or going to say. when i was younger i would finish the sentences for them because i couldn't stand to wait anymore. would drive me nuts.yes, the square. i'm find with leo females, of all signs, but leo men and a couple of pisces women that i've known, drive me nuts. i'm not very competitive so i can get on with other fire signs. i should be with so much aries - but i'm not. i really enjoy the company of other aries and sagis - males and females. aquas are fun - except when they're wrong - they can't accept it no matter how much fact or evidence is against them. frustrating. Hehe, yeah, I totally understand what you're saying - no surprise since our Mercuries are conjunct. So nice. I've always wanted to have this aspect with someone (from real life), someone who could actually get me. But oh well... I don't. Just Cappy, Taurus, Pisces Mercuries - they are the closest to me. It's weird, I feel so misunderstood and it's getting to me, because Mercury rules my 5th house. Haha, so you do like Clive after all heehee. He really makes a big impression on me, despite his Leonine side. Not surprised that he has a Virgo Moon, I'm totally falling for Virgo Mooners and Ascendants (bf included). Yeah, seems we're the last ones standing. Which reminds me it's quite late and I should be cleaning the house, not to mention studying . So I guess I'll see your darling Aries Mercury a bit later. Have a nice day! IP: Logged |

it's actually nearly 10.30pm wednesday here. will talk to you next time.i was thinking - could clive have a aqua ascendant - i was just looking at some pics of him. even pisces would fit him. love that he's so devoted to his wife. swoon - again! i've never met anyone with virgo moon - that i know of anyway. i think virgos are the most underestimated sign. OK, to this I need to reply. WE HAVE AN EXACT MARS CONJUNCT VENUS DOUBLE-WHAMMY !!!!!Sorry for shouting, but my Mars is 28 Aries and Venus is 18 Taurus. You wouldn't by any chance like to become a lesbian, leave your hubby and move to Europe, would you? Ok, don't move to Europe, I'll come to Australia . And I think our Saturns are opposed too! (mine is 2*26 Scorpio) Maybe we're karmic something! IP: Logged |

LOL, I like her too. Well, honey, no wonder you like Clive Owen!! Oh, but wait! Blue Moon has her Venus at 18 Taurus too! Oh, bummer! I don't like competition. That is such a shame, I always thought I'd like to wake up one day and discover myself a lesbian. Oh well... IP: Logged |
