Topic: Aqua & Libra thread

While enjoying the Aqua-Pisces thread :-) I realized that there has been hardly any threads on Aqua&Libra couples/romancing at LL. Or have I just overlooked them somehow...?I don't mean only Sun signs, but couples who have these signs prominently in their charts (ASC, DC, Moon, Venus etc.)

Libra risings typically annoy the beegeezus out of me. Ive mainly had experiences with the men. They act like mr. nice guy, but I typically see thru their BS fake persona...I also have a sibling with libra rising, and shes fake.. She only wants to surround herself with people who can help her in life...its like a "whats in it for me" attitude. Then when they do help her, she talks sh-t behind their backs. She expects me to always pay for everything because she assumes I can...well I cant, and i shouldnt have to. aqua riser, over and out.IP: Logged |

I left a Libra for a Pisces ^________^The Pisces goes better with my Pisces Venus (he himself has Venus in Aquarius!). The Libra was a SUPER Libra with Sun, Moon, Mercury & Venus in that sign. He was Leo rising. He kind of spoke like a child with very simple words and simplistic yet insightful observations. It's hard to explain. Of course he was beautiful, too. I was enchanted with him for almost 6 months, but he never wanted to make it official, and I got anxiety attacks because of it. Weird how the LIBRAN didn't want a relationship but the AQUARIAN did, huh. He used to say how I was the only one that understood him, and he would send me messages on facebook saying stuff like "I have to see you RIGHT NOW I'm walking over." But he was so flaky. I could never get a hold of him when *I* wanted to see him. He also liked to party too much so he would ditch me to go drinking with his friends even though they "don't understand him like I do." I got fed up and found someone else. I didn't even bother telling him, he found out through facebook haha. Which reminds me, I need to get my dvds and books from him  IP: Logged |

Actually, having thought about it, there are not many threads at LL about smoothly going relationships at all (not so surprising...).Thre are really no threads about "traditionally compatible signs", such as Taurus&Capricorn, Virgo&Capricorn, Aqua-Gemini, Leo&Libra etc. (elementally compatible signs). I guess we mostly want to write/read about relationships that feel mysterious, difficult, that both frustrate and intrigue us... IP: Logged |

When I was 16 years old, I dated a Libra Girl 1 year older than Me a few times... I thought she was beautiful and I had my eyes on her for a while... She also said she had noticed Me a year earlier... It was short, but, good time... But, we were young and she had another on/off boyfriend, so, I did not like that... It all feels like a (different) lifetime ago...------------------

What I have notice is that when a man has his Mec and or Venus in Libra its a connection for me..Especially that dang on Merc in Libra..I have Merc in Aqua and Venus in Aqua and we can talk all night long about anything and everything, I love that..Mental stimulation..Those guys are smart too..IP: Logged |

I guess people in happy marriages / fullfilling long term relationships don't write much at LL... Some do, but mostly we're here to lament... or get some advice or hope...I frequent Lindaland mostly because of my frustrating relationship with my Aqua man ;-) I have to say that I lose the need to write about us whenever things are going nicely. Now he's on a long trip and I miss him. I do believe in what I said about happy couples staying out from LL... I have seen nice Aqua&Libra couples, Virgo&Scorpio couples, Taurus&Cancer couples etc. (elementally compatible) who just don't have the need to talk about it because they are happy in their relationships. I believe there is a lot of truth about the traditional view about elemental compatibility. IP: Logged |

I work with a libra sun Libra rissing and she is fake she lied to get were she is and a lot of the things she says are quetionable, but its starting to catch up to her. But it doesn't rally bother me unless I think about it, since she sees me as a lot more comptent then I think I am. I can see libra risings lieing to get a career advancment, I mean libra's can be vary career driven. But, I've seen a happy libra + Aqua couple and I've seen one Libra + Aqua couple that didn't last I blame the libra guy for being a lier. IP: Logged |

i know several libra-aqua couples and they seem to get along pretty well. I also suspect aquas are getting over their weirdness with time. the more they age, the better they are. to get to the point. i'm a libra. i dated several aqua guys. what i can say is this is the part where the so called passiveness of the libra is quite useful. one must wait for him to make up his mind and give him the illusion of freedom. and i don't think that aquarians are detached. they can care deeply, almost to the point of obsession. i am talking about one person in particular here who would beat any textbook watersign in a romance/intensity contest. and libras love romance and intensity and being chased. I know what you mean about Libra rising. I have Libra rising, and I was "fake", as you described, in my youth.---It felt like things came TOO easily, so I took things for granted and I had no confidence that I could manage myself or my life.
Now I'm older, much kinder, more generous and less superficial.
I do know one Libra rising who is perennially stuck in her "astrological youth". She ALWAYS wants favors,doesn't keep promises, she is totally oblivious to wasting other people's time--in short, she acts like an entitled B***h!! When I see her coming, I feel like running the other way, because she can be so CHARMING...I often end up agreeing to things & getting angry with myself later.IP: Logged |

Excuse me, because I'm new and I'm definitely not as advanced in my astroknowledge as you guys but I'm Libra/Libra rising and I've found that every aquarius I've been with or even talked to for that matter-- it's like a constant power struggle. Maybe it's my Mercury&Venus in Scorpio but Aquarius and I have never done well. It's wonderful at first, and intense and fun.. but the fights are never worth it.I think it might just be me. :P Good luck to you Aqua/Libra couples out there! IP: Logged |
