it is the first eclipse before you were born. more info and definitions can be found at moonvalley astrologer, and jan spillers web site. my pn new moon is in aqua 29th degree. i am currently loving the mutual reception of nep and uran as it is bringing energy in from both pic and aq to my pn new moon.
