I met this person during the eclipse...was wondering if meeting people on an actual elipse is suppose to be significant? any thoughts are welcomed.

Jeez, with that chart (if it's with an exact birth time), the person would be very noticable and memorable on first meeting.

11th house people and Libra risings are often charmers...add to that a Leo stew, and you have a person who's probably all about first impressions, and has a bit less to offer on a deeper level.

As for eclipses, Anne Ortelee writes some great stuff about how the "stories" in our lives come up for us to revisit, over a series of eclipses. For example, on the New Moon August 30, she suggested looking back to the "story" going on in your life on Feb 12-13, during the last eclipse cycle.
