The Olympics is on in the background as I work, and my mind drifts astrologically onto possible associations for each event:Aries ~ Boxing Taurus ~ Weight-lifting Gemini ~ Gymnastics Cancer ~ Sailing
Leo ~ Sprints Virgo ~ Shooting Libra ~ Synchronised Swimming, beach Volleyball Scorpio ~ Diving, Judo Saggitarius ~ Archery (!), Equestrian events Capricorn ~ Marathon, Hurdles Aquarius ~ Cycling Pisces ~ Swimming

My triple Libran son ambled along at a lesiurely pace at school sports day, I really don't think he gave a toss if he won or came last. He came last, because he was more occupied blowing kisses to the ladies in the crowd. It sounds like I am making it up, but I'm not. IP: Logged |

Let's see. I'm an 8th house Capricorn Sun, Virgo Moon, Mars in Scorpio with Gemini Rising.Of the sports in the Summer Olympics, I've participated in:
- water polo
- swimming (crawl and butterfly were my strong strokes)
- soccer
Sports I wouldn't like:
- Anything long distance (marathons, cycling, etc. I was always more of a sprinter than a long distance competitor.)
- Baseball
- Track (in general)
- Shooting
Sports I'd try:
- Canoeing
- Sailing
- Rowing
- Martial Arts
- Boxing

Oh I don't want to play any of them. Far too energetic. {~ Moon in Libra ~ Jupiter/Neptune in 1st ~}Mars in Aquarius ~> I have a bike but it hasn't seen action in a while, hmm about 5 years, I think I played field hockey at school, did a bit of middle-distance running and cross-country. I wasn't much good at any of them though, but those were the ones I saw official competition in. As soon as I could I dropped sport and did dance instead. You could do more standing still in that and you got an exam at the end. IP: Logged | |
