The planets will remain more then likely..Only thing that may change is the rising and the moon sign and of course the houses..Her Venus and Mars will likely stay the same..You Venus in Cap and she has it in Mars..Thats attraction for sure.. I did not use correct birth time with me and my Aqua still don't knw his birth time..But I know the feeling of relationship and I know astrology..But since your just getting to know her it would be hard for you to understand.. Aspects will be correct (apart from the AC/MC ones, of course + the orbs of the Moon aspects are likely to be off). But you won't be able to tell where the planets are in the composite for example, which would be the key if you'd like to be able to tell more about the potential/nature of the relationship (frienship, intimate relationship, love affair etc.)
The aspects of your composite look nice/ok, but it would be interesting to see what the chart looks like as a whole.EDIT:
I just had a closer look (that chart is pretty hard to read!), and it looks like in the composite, Saturn squares Venus, Mars and possibly Moon too, and Neptune squares Sun. Fairly tough aspects.

I just ran Her chart for 6AM, 12PM, and 6PM, and, all the planets stayed the same... ------------------
