Does anyone know of a site that lists the dates and degrees of planets in transit?

I remember finding one that tracked Pluto's course and lost it. I have Uranus approaching my N Sun and now it's retro.

Anyone w/ personal experience w/ Uranus conjuncting/opposing your Sun?

Astro.com shows a picture of your natal chart and also lists them.
You may want to search for an ephemeris.

The Square. With Uranus moving through the 4th house. Family upheaval, fairly exclusively due to the ill-health of one of my children.

Solar Arc expresses it much more eloquently, as here Uranus is by Solar Arc conjoining my Ascendant from the 12th, and is Square Natal Mars. Mars being the ruler of both the 5th and 6th house.

I don't know of a site, I use an ephemeris kindly given to me by a Cancerian friend who sells books. Astrodienst lists them, I think.

Progressed Sun Squaring my natal Uranus wasn't a comfortable life experience. It occured a few years earlier and was more specifically about me being this time my poor health, and related emotional trauma. I was glad when it was over.

Oh great, I`m in for this one!

Pr Sun on 0°17 Aquarius approaching square to natal Uranus on 1°21 Scorpio

How much orb do you give for a progression?

I`m asking, because in 2010, my pr Sun will have separated from the exact square to Uranus, but still be a bit over 1° AND Transit Uranus will square my natal Sun.

Oh this is so wonderful.

I`m fed up with all these outer planets: First Uranus conjuncts my Venus, then Pluto starts its way over my Mars, NN, ASC, Neptune, then Uranus conjuncts my Moon, then Pluto conjuncts Sun and Mercury and Neptune conjuncts Moon at the same time, and now that bitchy Uranus-square I hadn`t seen before.
And after that Pluto will conjunct my Venus. :Sighs: Probably about the same time as Uranus will be conjunct my IC.

Sometimes I feel like erasing the outer planets from my list, just stick to the traditional ones again. Which of course would be cheating, as I know they work.

BM,

you said pr Sun squaring natal Uranus coincided with bad health for you.

Were the Sun and Uranus in any way related to the 1st or 6th house? (By being in those houses or ruling them?)

There is no certainty that you will feel the same way. Uranus on my natal chart is complacently sitting in a Grand Trine with the Sun and Mars in Aqua. When he kicks in by transit, progression or Solar Arc it is as if he is saying: so you think you like change, the unexpected and the unpredictable, right?

Also, there were other powerful indicators over the same period of 2 years or so that conspired to make it unpleasant:-

Saturn Return

Uranus Conjunct Mars (ruler of 5th and 6th)

Uranus Square Venus

To pad out the detail a little ~> the unpleasant part beyond my control was the string of miscarriages I suffered at the time. Though, it may be argued, as we were trying to have children together there was an element of choice involved. I could have given up and forget all about it. But I was not going to do that.

Questions about my social and familial backgrounds came into the whole experience and that was the really personal and internal part that was very uncomfortable.

I would have conceived my elder son with the progressed Sun about 12 seconds separating from exact to natal Uranus. I lost his twin but he was O.K. In effect that part of my life was over, I can't say I noticed the continuing Saturn return much. Saturn gets to work on my natal chart and has strong shoulders. Uranus is lazy and it shows when it gets activated.

my chart...

Using Placidus (which I do) Uranus does not rule a house. Too lazy. Neither does the Sun (obviously).

The Sun is in the 7th.

Uranus is in the 11th.

By progression the Sun was in the 8th. Reproduction.

Progressed Venus was also in the 8th house. When it progressed to Square Pluto 1 degree applying, I had another baby. But no more. Purposely.

Venus is in my 7th. It rules the 7th, 11th, and 12th. On Placidus.

Uranus Square Venus in the 7th ruling the 7th, you would think marriage problems. No, not really, nothing like it as far as I recall. I would remember, that would stand out. I can't.

BM,

yes, every chart is different, you are right.
And it seems that the progression lost effect, once it had passed the point of exactness, is that right?

But, I must contradict, the Sun and Uranus do rule a house, just they are "only" co-rulers. Personally I have found intercepted houses to be very strong actually. Pisces is intercepted in my 3rd house and Jupiter as chartruler is in there in mutual reception with Neptune on my ASC.
VERY strong.

Kick It,

I think I read in the "transiting nodes" thread that her ASC is on 20° Libra.

So that makes it 3rd & 9th? The land of my nodes.

You know I love a well-worn maxim and 'forewarned is forearmed' seems to fit. Next up (for me) is Uranus Opposite Moon, Uranus CNJ Venus/Mars midpoint, followed by a blast of Progressed Venus Square Uranus. I am booked into a writer's retreat on a remote Scottish island for the duration.

Thanks for sharing your experiences everyone.

I have Uranus opposite my Sun natally, from the 11th to the 5th. Right now Uranus is opposite my Uranus and Pluto. It will move on to conjunct my Chiron, Sun, and Saturn. Good old Pluto will square my Saturn for the next few YEARS...no lie.

Kick It...it's 21 Libra.

Back in the 90's, I had transiting Uranus in the 9th house opposing my Sun (ruler of 4th) in the 3rd house. I also had transiting Jupiter in the 10th house opposing my Venus (co-ruler of 6th and co-ruler of 12th). Progressed Sun and progressed Jupiter were conjunct in my 4th house. All were in tight orbs. I was selected for jury duty, which was definitely unexpected and upsetting because I was terribly ill at the time and unable to participate.

t Uranus was conj my n Sun in 2002 (8th grade). It was so long ago that I don't really remember anything specific. All I remember is that I had one close friend and it wasn't a great time in my life. Probably more than likely because I was in middle school.

semi OT part:
Uranus is going to pass over my Venus soon. Siiiiiiiiick.

Prediction according to Astrology x-files is that I might break off things with whatever boyfriend I have at the time and go back to my ex.

This is where I have an issue with Venus. That would make me think something dramatic or romantic was going to occur. Odds on it will be all about money. Another financial crisis for me to sort out, oh thank you Universe.

I have t-square, ura on the apex in sco (7th) and the other ends are sun/merc (10th) in aqu and saturn in cancer (4th). t-ura conj my sun and merc during my early 20s. I also had a few years after that neptune transiting over my sun. I was feeling rather disorientated about life in general when ura was transiting. I was a bit confused about what I was going to do with myself and I guess I was prone to a lot of outbursts as well. Things felt very uncertain. Having neptune cross over then as well made it hard.

I LOVED t he transit of Uranus over my Venus.
I fell in love real bad for the first time, and it was just such an exciting fun time I`ve had. Oh the adventures, the endless possibilities...

It`s hard to understand, as my Venus is in Capricorn and Transit Uranus was squaring Pluto at the same time, and Transit Pluto was squaring my Moon. Still,I remember this as one of the best times of my life.

Kick it, are you using whole sign houses?

Well, in that case MY Sun-Uranus square will affect the 3rd and 12th house I guess (Only in whole sign houses system, in Placidus it would fall into my 2nd and 11th house natally)

But I think you were looking at the rulers specifically? So in my case the 3rd and 9th house will be triggered. Actuallly that is also true for Placidus houses.
