Mine too. My hubby thinks I resemble her.
This aspect might be. My Ascendant is 0 the Great Attractor. I've read the galactic center is nowhere as powerful.

Michael Teachings =? Great Attractor

Reading about Philip Sedgwick's take on the great attractor, I get the feeling it might be in effect on websites such as:
our.truthloveenergy.com

The teaching behind this website sucks you in and doesn't let you go easily. I find I am drawn to the website through curiosity. Also its like theres a bit of a wall with it where you are either viewing the world through the teaching or you are back to a mundane world view. Like the lensing Sedgwick describes. It certainly could be the "voice of the creator" as far as its wide breadth and near universal applicability.

Len mentioned the Great Attractor (14 Sagg and 5 minutes), a fixed point at the center of Sagittarius. Mercury is conjunct this point today.

This fairly closely aligned with but not to be confused with the Galactic Core (26 Sagg and 59 minutes). At 26,000 light years away, the Galactic Core is our next door neighbor. The Great Attractor is a point located far, far away beyond our galaxy, so massive that it is like a vortex drawing toward it a million or so galaxies at the rate of about 24 million miles a day. Yes children, we travel 24 million miles every day for our whole lives, flying through space in the direction of Sagittarius — while the thing we are chasing retreats.

Have you wondered why these people born in late November through mid-December are so OUT THERE? Now you have a metaphor. Here is another: the GA is the biggest, heaviest and most massive thing that is known to science. It broadcasts on every radio spectrum but visible light. In other words, it is invisible. This is complicated by the fact that the dusty plane of our own galaxy interferes with the perception and ‘view’ of the object.

Back in 2001 I wrote a short article on the Great Attractor, and I still think it’s pretty good. To sum up, as an astrological influence, the Great Attractor creates a sense of polarization. It is a psychic property, not a necessary reality; but the feeling is “you love him or you hate him,” just like the people we love to love and love to hate. For bonus points, what to our beloved conservative talk show hosts — Limbagh, Hannity, Beck, O’Reilly — have conjunct, opposite or square the GA? Do any of them have 13-16 mutable on an angle?

More information on the GA -

Philip Sedgwick's original article The Great Attractor (excerpt from The Soul of the Sky) - this is what was quoted in the OP.

Sedgwick wrote about the Great Attractor at Astrology for Astrologers as recently as Nov 2022.

Saturn Season Astrology: The Great Attractor

A little light on the Great Attractor in Astrology - this video was just posted in Dec 2022 so very recent delineation.

If you use Astrodienst (astro.com) you can select it under Extended Chart Selection -> Additional Objects -> List of Fixed Stars -> Great Attractor, GA.

I checked my chart and GA was at 13Sag39 the day I was born. My Neptune is at 13Sag28 in House 1, so 11 minutes away.

Just like my Neptune, GA is

trine Sun at 13Leo12 (which is conj Sat at 19Leo26 and POF at 11Leo31)
sext Plu at 11Lib57
sq Merc at 10Vir22
opp Mars at 13Gem04

It just hit me that the GA is another piece of the puzzle of attraction. All I want is to be alone but I keep attracting people. I could be doing something like shopping and I notice people start following me. I get babies reaching out to me a lot. I don't have great self esteem so I don't understand what it is about me. I usually think: "you don't know me. I suck."

HomesickJourneyWoman, thanks for updating the thread. It's an interesting concept.

Funny what you said about people following you. Is that illusionary (Neptune)? People are seeing you not as you are?

I'm sure you don't suck, btw.

Also - great signature

I think some of it is paranoia because CPTSD, but it seems like I'm always meeting the same people over and over again in public places.

I also have trouble with people not seeing me as I am, but as a resource or even as someone else. I get a lot of mistaken identity stuff or people thinking they know me when I know we've never met. I know that's the nature of an outer planet in the first: seeming "universal". But it's annoying.

I feel like I walk around with one of those long veils.
