I've been dating this wonderful Scorpio guy for about five or six months.I'm a scorpio as well so the whole relationship is pretty charged with sparks. Its been a pretty dramatic ride ever since it first started.
We met over myspace (as lame as that sounds) I didn't take him very seriously because I didn't want any kind of relationship. I had just ended a 14 month long, serous relationship with a virgo man.
Needless to say he charmed me. We fell for each other pretty fast. Never bother to meet because I was always busy and he lived about an hour and a half away. Although throughout our phone courtship he was always warning me "not to be to charming or sweet because he would fall to hard or to fast" Yeah I know what your thinking but it honestly wasn't a line.
Late april he came to my town wit ha friend and they rented a hotel. The lobby was the setting of our first face to face meeting. I would like to say it was love at first sight. But it was much more of a fear at first sight.
He completely charmed me, although I tried to keep a straight cool face, I couldn't help but shaking inside it was if I knew that from now on he would have more control over my heart then I ever would.
We ended up sleeping together the second day he was in town. Which may be looked down upon but we are both extremely sexual creatures and it was (as strange as this sounds)easier to open up after.
We grew closer and closer from that point on but three months later, he called me saying he needed to end things.
He told me he was becoming far to attached to me, and he knew it would only end badly so it would be easier ending it now.
He did it so completely out of the blue that I didn't know what hit me. I was heartbroken needless to say.
Fast foreword through a month of rebounds, tears and bad chick flicks and one day he emailed me saying he was wrong. He loved me and he had known for a while but he couldn't bring himself to tell me because he knew from the first moment he told me it was over that it was a mistake.
We have been back together since then. A few of my friends think he is just going to break my heart again, and for a while I was waiting for the day he would call and say he didn't want me anymore.
Since then though I've trusted him again, and things have only gotten better.
But in a few years I'll be moving out of the state. And I wonder what I'll do about this relationship. I know I can't plan ahead, but (and I know I'm being extremely stereotypical to horoscopes) the only kind of relationships I've heard about between Scorpios are short term heated ones mostly based on lust. Can Scorpios stay together for the long run?I'm asking this more out of curiosity because I find it so interesting that my feelings have only grown stronger for my scorpion over time. IP: Logged |

Could you post Synnastry?Scorp + Scorp will be probably the most intense relationship and it can work quite well if other planets are aligned properly. Obviously, you are finding everything in this Scorp guy that was missing in that Virgo man  IP: Logged |

Of course it can work! Understanding a Scorpio is nearly impossible, honestly; they're intensely deep and complicated, very emotional, very particular, among many other things..so who better to understand a Scorpio than another Scorpio?

It's either heaven or hell. I dated one briefly, but the relationship was so short I can't put it in either category. We were very much into each other but I knew deep inside we were both cautious. The relationship broke down because of a power struggle from the get go. We didn't survive our first fight and neither one wanted to be the first one to surrender. But that was before I learned astrology. If I knew then what I know now, I would have stayed around longer. I guess it helps a lot when you both know who/what you are. ------------------

Go to astro.com. Then to their free horoscope section. Create one Natal Chart for you and one for him. Then go to Extended Chart Selection so you can combine both charts to make a Composite and also a Synastry. Scorpios, from what I hear, are either the bad kind or the good kind. Or in other words, some of them are keepers and others just don't have what it takes for that kind of commitment in their life.I am married to a Scorpio. The good ones are fiercely loyal and disciplined. You can't get rid of them. If you do manage to get them to let go, they will forever hate you for it. The ones who aren't good in long term commitments are just like the guy you described. It sounds like he jumps into bed kind of quickly without thinking through the ramifications. I can't get our charts checked cuz I have to ask him what time he was born. He is born nov 9th but I don't know the time.
I think it may be a bit before I ask him too. I woke up this morning and my feelings for him kinda hit me all at once. I've been trying to keep control over all my emotions, but this morning they kinda spilled out from a dream I had and I realized the strength and intensity of what I feel for him. It scares me and makes me feel incredibly vulnerable so I'm taking a day or two for myself and trying to figure out what I should do. (Suggestions would be wonderful) I know part of being in love with someone is feeling vulnerable and open with them, but its the one part of love I have trouble summiting too. No matter how much I want to, it just scares me so much. MartianLady-
thanks for your impute on scorpios, although I wouldn't have classified my guy for the second category. He is very sweet but unsure of letting go, he has been jaded. His last girlfriend (who was also a Scorpio) cheated on him.
I don't blame him and I know some of his choices and reasons seem shady but I can understand on why he acts and does what he does, I'm the same way.
Us sleeping together so soon made sense in some odd way. He was extremely careful about the whole thing so he didn't come across just wanting some, or being a total slime ball.

Please don't judge me for my age. I understand that I am young but I would like honest opinions that state something other then the fact that I don't have much experience in the "real world" and just give it time.
Not that I don't fully agree with that statement, I know that its all about time and I need to fully develop who I am as a person, but I really wanted to hear outside opinions on my situation and try to learn from what I'm missing by being involved.

Martian Lady lol you are totally right about scorpio's hating you if you end things. I have an ex who to this day (and we ended almost two years ago) won't talk to me. And I likewise (I'm not a scorpio but I do have quite a few pluto aspects) had my heart broken by a sag and I haven't spoken to him in a year and if I think about anything he did to me or the fact that he's VERY happy with his gf of a year it makes me feel as intensely horrible as I did a year ago. Not to mention I can not stand him...even though my cap moon would rather just have him be dead to me emotionally lol Anyway Firestorm I'm glad that you found a great connection with your scorpio. As far as saying anything astrological could you please post your individual info and then I'll look at it. I'm not so good with doing analysis off of a chart. But Firestorm on a personal note...and I REALLY don't want to come off as doubting your connection with him. You said you are moving out of state in a few years. I'm assuming you'll be graduating college. You are indeed very young, and take it from someone who was there I was 18 just a couple of years ago...I'm 23) you WILL change a lot...and the reality of that is most romantic relationships people are in don't stick. I'm not judging you at all...and neither is anyone on here...we just have been through it before and know what its like to be 18. GrlyGirl20, I hope i didn't sound to hostel in my last post. I've just seen many girls my age been attacked on this topic because of their age.
I'm sorry you haven't had the best relationships with your exs. I've found I've never really gotten along with mine ether. I always wonder why that is. Even if its a great amazing relationship why is it when its over its so hard to even be friends. Where does the love go when the relationship ends?
