Things are going crazy with work right now. First off I just missed getting position that I really thought I wanted, instead I got a 1 year maternity relief spot in another position. This has opened up a whole new can of worms for me however and with what's happening at work right now (lots of retirement, relocation etc), this new position could very well lead into some great opportunities to move Way up. I'm not however sure I'm ready for all of this yet...my kids are still pretty young and if I chose to train for some of the new positions I would definately have longer hours, more stress etc. I'm scared to jump in feet first and yet at the same time I'm kind of scared not to because these opportunities don't come up all that often.

Can somebody tell me what my chart's saying about work right now?

Well your career is indicated by your MC, and children would be indicated by your 5th. So I would look at what planets are transiting those houses and what planets are transiting their rulers.
