I have saturn sextile ascendant, and people tell me alot that I look like i have a serious face, even though I'm a Sag rising, and we're supposed to look cheery all the time. IP: Logged
katatonic unregistered	posted September 29, 2008 03:56 PM i have a yod pointing at my asc, saturn/merc (virgo)on one side and uranus on the other(cancer). don't know if i LOOK like these but i do apparently GIVE THE IMPRESSION of being intellectual/critical AND given to abrupt expressions of my thoughts. as far as physical looks go i think the aqua asc shines brightly...i am very weird looking!!haha IP: Logged
Scorpionic Web Knowflake Posts: 67 From: Philadelphia Registered: Apr 2009	posted September 29, 2008 04:14 PM I have Sag Uranus trine Leo Asc at a wide 6 degrees, and I feel it manifests much less in my appearance, and much more in my outward expression of individuation and contempt for cliche and social formalities. However, this is often balanced by my Capricorn Mars, in quincunx to my Leo Asc at less than 2 degrees, which respects the regality of good manners, so I appreciate it when someone knows how to properly hold a knife and fork. I know it sounds a bit contradictory. My Leo Asc aspect Sagittarius Uranus/Capricorn Mars has given me many sport injuries. Naturally, several knee injuries and several back/sciatica problems. My Libra Moon quintiles my Leo Asc at less than 2 degrees, and this translates to my outlet for my emotions through writing and performing music. My Scorpio Mercury squares my Asc by less than 6 degrees, always leaving me feeling misunderstood. I'm not sure how any of these effect my appearance. IP: Logged

There is my Pluto sextiling my Scorpio-ASC - and I guess that this increases my "Scorpionic" look: dark, straight hair, dark eyes, strong, dark, straight eyebrows, sometimes dark rings around my eyes and pale skin ... But: I've also got Neptune cj. ASC - which might soften the "dark and mysterious" features a bit, might make them less "scary", maybe more ... "alluring" to some....? Well - I hope so!!! (haha). Also, my Sun & Mars in Cancer and my Mercury in Leo are trine my ASC - so, all in all: My whole "inner persona" comes out via my ASC pretty well - people tell me I am "active" and "always on the move", some call me "entertaining", others might find my presence "exhausting" - anyway, I guess I am the "vivid"/active type ... and come across as more or less "authentic". The Cancer-Sun and -Mars trining my ASC give a dash of "femininity" to my outer persona, I guess. Last, but not least: My Venus (in inllectual Virgo/9th house) squares my ASC - I am quite careful and discriminate with my "style" - never too outgoing! I'd never go topless, show too much skin - rather a "neat" and "girlish" kind of outfits ... not at all the "Vamp-" oder Diva-type - rather the student-type. But: with high heels! (That must be the Scorpio-influence of my ASC again...) And never casual wear - sweaters, sneakers, baggy pants ... not for me, haha - that might be the dreamy Neptune-cj-ASC-influence ... I'm pretty much the "dress & skirts"-type, no mini-skirts, though. IP: Logged

With Ascendants, I feel the chart ruler, the sign it is in, and modifiers, are a little bit more indicative of physical form than, say, a Mercury square to the ascendant. IP: Logged

Pluto conjunct ASC Venus conjunct ASC Sun sextile ASC Jupiter trine ASC All of these affect my appearance greatly..Pluto gives me a mean, intimidating, cold standoff-ish demeanor a lot of the time, like when I'm not comfortable or with anyone I know..I come across as a straight up b!tch lol Venus conjunct ASC makes me attractive..thank god for that or Pluto would ruin my chances in getting to know people I also get along with people well, they come to trust me easily, and I am usually pleasant to be around (after I get comfortable, of course) Sun sextile my ASC..not sure about this one, I can appear confident and let my ego shine through but not always. Jupiter trine ASC...talk about weight fluctuations..I've been fat all my life until now, gaining and losing weight but mostly gaining. I have good tastes in asthetics. And yeah, I always have my nails and hair done. I even inherited nice lips from this aspects b/c geminis and sags are known for thinner lips. Mars trine Ascendant.People can see I get tempers sometimes. I have a red tint to my skin, and burn sometimes when I'm in the sun Saturn sextile Ascendant.Serious look, good manners. Chrion semi-sqaure Ascendat. They say when chiron aspects the ascendant, you usually have a scar on your face. I have maybe a good 2-3 cm scar under my chin from when I was little and fell off my bike. I had to get stiches. Juno sextile Ascendant. Makes me looks "cute". IP: Logged

Ascendant conjunct Sun - but I don't look like an Aries. Ascendant opposite Uranus (in Libra) which could explain why EVERYONE thinks I'm a Libran (even with Sun, Venus, Mercury, Chiron, Ascendant all Aries). Ascendant trine Neptune. Sun trine (8 degrees) Moon trine (4 degrees) Mercury trine (3 degrees) Venus square (2 degrees) Mars opposite (6 degrees) Jupiter sextile (3 degrees) Saturn opposite (2 degrees) Uranus opposite (2 degrees) Chiron conjunct (4 degrees) I have major b*tch face, I look really young (Gemini ASC), I'm skinny and have always been underweight, short (5'3), I have dark hair but it is reddish/golden in the sunlight, I have prominent cheekbones, tiny nose, nice lips with a thick bottom lip (inherited from my father, who is a Sag rising), bad skin but not too awful, I'm pretty hairy for a female, I have bad eyesight (I wear contacts), muscular/nice legs (thank you ballet), broad shoulders and chest, longish limbs, big feet, sort of a weak chin. I guess I'm good looking, but definitely in an unconventional way. The guys that are attracted to me are overwhelmingly looking for "something different" (what they say). And it turns out they usually have their DSCs or Venuses in Aquarius so I GUESS IT MAKES SENSE. IP: Logged

I have Neptune conjunct ascendant which makes me look so innocent and angelic to the point where people think I can do no wrong, even when I admit my mistakes. I have a bunch of other minor aspects. Basically, I have the double whammy of Mercury on a Gem ASC so I'm constantly told I look a lot younger than I am. Saturn sextiling my Ascendant gives me a serious forehead with some wrinkles which actually age me, however, no one seems to notice those upon first appraisal. Pluto trining my Ascendant gives me an intensity in my eyes, but I am able to consciously put it on and take it off. I think that depending on my mood (I'm a Cancer Sun and Venus) any of these energies might come across. In photos, I am constantly told that I look different, and it's true. I can actually look like different people depending on the day and the angle and my mood. IP: Logged
