My Pluto in Libra trines my Ascendant (and my Mercury, which conjuncts my Ascedant) in Gemini. I love it because it helps my internal intensity to flow easily outward.

Plus then people know what they're going to get...I am much more direct than my Cancer Sun and Venus (and 4th house Mars) might suggest and I think this is in large part due to these aspects.

My Pluto is sextiling my ASC as well (Pluto also cj. my MC - ASC in Scorpio). Well basically ... somehow I manage that people seem to respect me - "no one to trifle with" - take me serious. Which sometimes can work to my detriment ... especially in romantic dealings. Might be that I exude a certain self-confidence or "force" that can intimidate people or makes them mistrust me. In any case: This Pluto-ASC-sextile does help me in my professional life a lot - but sometimes works as a road block in my very personal endeavours ...***edit*** Typical "problem": coming on too strong. I often see the necessity to wear kid gloves, to put a brake on my lust for life in order not scare others off... But: this is a lesson one can learn over time ...

I sometimes get annoyed by the fact that guys don't approach me because I intimidate them. I guess that doesn't work to my advantage. lol.

Savanna: I KNOW what you're talking about!;-) But, as mentioned above: getting wiser over time ... I managed to deal with it better.;-) (I'm in my mid-thirties now)

It's not an aspect I think about a lot, but my Pluto is at 4 degree Libra, and my Ascendant is at 2 degrees Gemini.

I have an 8th house (Scorpio-ruled) Sun, a Mars in Scorpio double singleton (only fixed, and only water), and my Pluto is conjunct my Moon, so I always figured my intensity comes from those places primarily.

I will say that it is upsetting to me sometimes that intensity isn't generally appreciated (at least if it's an angry intensity). For instance, when I really want to take someone to task for being lazy and trying to saddle me with their work, it p!sses me off that to do so might be seen as being unduly intense about something other's might consider trivial. Knowing this about human nature (and also perhaps being a Capricorn with Saturn in the 1st), I don't generally (actually, I probably don't ever) confront these situations as forcefully as I'd like.

I have Pluto exactly conjunct my ASC...

People don't see it when I post pics on here cuz Im usually smiling in them...but in reality people think I am bitchy/stuck-up/mean before they've even met me because I look like that when Im not smiling. I have been told I have a presence, whether good or bad..it's there. I remember going to Wal-Mart one morning when I was EXTREMELY angry, people in the store were actually staring at me (I wasn't crying, or doing anything to attract attention). Apparently I give the "death glare" a lot..When Im in a bad mood people around me know it without me saying. I often am told i'm "weird", and a girl in high school once told me she was afraid of me before she met me..LOL!!

Pluto trine ASC. I do come across as Scorpio-ish, but I guess thats due to 1st ruler in Scorpio.

Yeah, I've been told that I come across stuck up as well. And I think one person said 'aloof' in an effort to be kind. That must be my Saturn sextiling my Ascendant though. When people see the Pluto, they're more apt to feel I'm "too intense".
