I was told my progressed moon is coming up to saturn.

And saturn rules my third house of comminucation.

Please can anyone tell me what this means.
I know that anything with saturn is usually not pleasant

I had progressed Moon (emotions, moods, feelings) conjunct natal Saturn (supression, depression) in the 11th house (friends) last year. I was emotionally depressed for a couple of weeks, when I had problems with a friend of mine.

Also, I chipped a tooth the day it was conjunct at 0 degrees exactly. The Moon rules softness and Saturn teeth.

So you may feel down about a partner either business or pleasure or have problems with an open enemy.
