There is lots here.
To be mutually attracted to someone and desire a relationship there needs to be a significant opposite somewhere, eg. suns in opposite signs, moons in opposites, asc or asc rulers conjunct or opposite.

In this chart there are opposite suns excellent start. (opposites attract)

Is there anything that suggests supreme longevity regarding the relationship? I'm sure it's been said a million times before on the forums, but I really feel like we were "made" for each other and I would never want to be with anyone else.

Hi warholism

Yes there are aspects of durability in your synastry, these are Saturn conjunct ascendant, saturn opposing Jupiter/chiron and saturn square Mars (which can be difficult as one restricts the actions of the other).

There could be problems with one wanting more freedom and independance than the other, the need to balance out time, money etc as you bring extremes out in each other for example one will be more cautious whilst the other is taking risks within the relationship.
A double Chiron conjunct Jupiter is super for long term also.

All in all great potential
