From your experience can we consciously compensate the lack of one/two elements in our birth charts ?

I have tried and as time goes by it seems to be increasingly harder.

tks !

(I'm made of lots of water and air, little fire, no earth)

I have virtually no Earth (I only have Neptune in Capricorn).

All I know is that I need lots of sleep.

Hello! and Welcome to LL aguayaire

to answer your question
When you lack an element in your Natal
you look to the houses represented by that element.

example: if you lack Earth then look to houses 2,6, and 10
and see what planets you have posited there.

Good Luck

I, too, have a major lack of earth.

None of my planets from Sun to Pluto, nor any of Ceres, Pallas, Juno and Vesta are in earth signs.

I have I think two planets in earth houses (Mars in the second and Neptune in the sixth plus the recently discovered dwarf planet Eris in the tenth) but still I always feel as though I cannot develop practical plans for long-term work and have generally moved from obsessive interest in one project to forgetting about that project and becoming obsessed with another project. I still do not know what I can do to set a long-term plan for a career: I have the educational qualifications but not the personal ones as I am prone to extremely violent retaliation when hurt.

planets in these houses help provide "earth" skills ?

well, in this case Im not so incomplete - I have sun, moon, mercury and saturn in 10th house (but cancer), plus jupiter in 6 (pisces).

I am just not pragmatic enough.

more or less the same thing for me,

for things I need to do in the concrete world I started to copy what others do. I ask them how they do - from packing to travel, to taking care of myself when I get sick - managing money, it's like there is a blockage.

My to do list is always long I procrastinate because I don't really like dealing with this things and don't know how to do them, where to start. In order
to manage my finances, etc, I need that special "pressure and
temperature condition" a lot of time, concentration, peace and quiet,
so I can focus, because it seems difficult to me.

on the other hand maybe it's because I always have so much in my head
I can't do one thing ata time.

Hello and Welcome to LL mianfeinān

Yes aguayaire planets (especially the Luminaries and/or the Ruler of the Asc.) in the missing element houses will compensate for the lack of that element.

Another important placement would be for the Ascendant to be in the lacking element.

Planets at the end of a house are interpreted in the next house

House positions (Placidus)
