Ruler of my 7th, Mars is in 10th house, in Leo. That means I should meet men at the job. Honestly I have never met somebody sooo interesting although was long in tourism.
As 10th house is house of Capricorn, I know many Capricorns and in some of them was in love.Is anybody here like me? Buena IP: Logged |

Maybe it means you'll meet someone who is very career-oriented? Or someone who will help your career? i don't know. My Mars is in the first house...what the heck does that say about how I will meet men? lol. Like, I will run into them like hitting a brick wall? 
I have no idea.I know the Venus placement for me (my rising is Venus, and can be found in my 6th house) has almost always been associated with meeting men on the job. That's how I met my ex-husband and just about every other long-term relationship. I've heard it's not really always Venus or Mars that tells u how you'll meet the person you end up with (or have serious relationships with) but it's the 7th house ruler. Mine is Pluto, and it's also in the 6th house...on the job again...which causes conflict since I mostly work from home now, lol! IP: Logged |

Hi Blue Moon,What you write there is a bit confusing for me: you didn't meet your husband at a wedding! You met him before – logically! Who is that that meets husband at a wedding? Maybe somebody who is there like a guest? I have seen one movie where the man didn’t marry his bride but has fallen in love (there) and has married the other woman. Of course, that is only in movies.
I have read, that ruler of 7th in 7th means delay of marriage. My Venus is ruler of 8th in 8th and I can explain all positions of Venus, except my Venus. I am not going to the funerals or similar places. I am very often visiting different medical doctors because they are all blind about my situation. Buena

My brother met his wife at a wedding ~ he was the best man and she was the bridesmaid. It sounds like I'm making this up ~ I'm not! EDIT Ruler of his 7th house in his 6th, Venus in the 12th Ruler of her 7th house IS Venus, it's in the 9th ~ but in Cancer. Foreign to her is 10 miles away, so he counts. IP: Logged |

Never heard that before. We lived together for several years before we were legally married. If anyone delayed marriage it was me. It took me a long time to make-up my mind.  is the sign. Or was it Saturn? Both are in in the 7th Taking one placement and generalising isn't working so far on this thread, my brother didn't meet his wife at work, as just one example. Also, there is more to me than being someone's wife. Venus and Saturn in the 7th manifests itself in more than this, and certainly on a general day in the life of blue moon it is fair to say romance and marriage are not subjects at the forefront of my mind. the love he found (more of them) in abroad.
Ruler of his 7th in 3rd:
his wife (for 2 years) and long year partner (serious) for 8 years he found in the same city (great European city) what means they were close to him (3rd house - neighbourhood). Maybe somebody from London is watching you and you have no idea that he is close to you? I know one woman that has Venus (ruler of her 7th) in 4th:
she met her husband over Internet Chat.

The ruler of my 7th (Mercury) is in my 5th. I'm not really sure how that's working...But my Venus is in the 6th house and I did meet both my serious partners through some work-related circumstances. One involved a short trip (Mercury = 3rd house = short trips). And both partners are very Mercurial (Virgo stellium and Gemini stellium respectively)...

So that would put Uranus in the 3rd

 Here is Natal Chart from young woman: she met her boyfriend (she said he is her great love) over Internet Chat.
Funny here: they live 15 km apart.
Ruler of her 7th (they will marry for sure) is Neptune in 4th. That is my 2nd example about finding love over Internet and 4th house.

Interesting... I can't really see that happening between me and Mr Gem, mostly because we don't believe that you need to get married because you have a baby on the way. But who knows, if it happened maybe it could trigger a proposal! Ruler of Mr Gem's 7th is in his 2nd. I do make money than him at present. o.o

I met my husband in a nightclub. That's got nothing to do with the 7th house. It was just a chance meeting, unpredictable. In a way I wonder why I am bothering to assert this, because people will believe what they want. Believe ruler of the 7th in the 7th causes marital delays if you like. Though I've posted here less than a year I am in double figures for the times I've pointed out I settled down young despite having Saturn in the 7th, and no, it doesn't mean the native is fated for a life of loneliness. Free will does enter into things. I didn't want to rush into marriage. Most (long-term) single people I know are either that way because they are fussy and/or really they want to be single. If I was single again and I didn't want to be, I think I would try to get out there and meet people any way I could, trying not to look too desperate. Men can smell it a mile off, and it scares them. I wouldn't rely on astrology to provide the answer. IP: Logged |

From other side, to love somebody doesn't belong to FREE WILL - here is heart's case and nothing can buy somebody’s heart. I have example when I said NO because I wasn't for marriage. Nobody can press me to get married if I am not born to be housewife and be all the time with the same person.
I have enough problems with my health (since young age) and don't need additional problems. There are people who can be alone for very long time and there are people they can't be alone for a few days. I am Taurus:
I can be without talking for months or even years, but I like writing.
OK, when I was in tourism I have talked a lot, but that belongs to my 9th house and foreign languages.
My sister is Gemini:
She always needs somebody to talk with. To talk with herself is not possible. I am lucky to have (had) three great loves. For me that is enough. They were from 3 continents. That happened in abroad. I see it so: me in 9th house, in Gemini. 7th house from Gemini is Sagittarius: all were foreigners in abroad.
Beside that: my 7th house in Aries: it happened in the Countries with Aries sign. Buena

Hi Lara,Internet has Internet Chat and has Match.com: two very different things. When you are chatting you are there to enjoy yourself as I did on French Chat to better my French writing. I wasn't there to look for somebody because I was used to have the best and don't believe that on the Internet are some special men. The best men find somebody by natural way. 1. I have met my (ex) American fiancé on the street:
he went to the same restaurant as I went there to buy sandwich.
2. One love I met in Disco Bar (during the day).
3. One love I met in the School for French. – 3 different places! That was me. Buena

I have 7th house ruler in cancer conjunct my MC in the 10th house.Everyone i ever dated i always knew for at least a few years before and i was close friends with them. I never dated anyone from work even though there were lots of good looking guys at my work i never got involved with them just to keep that side of my life private. I have venus in 12th which is the ruler of m 8th house.
I have secret relationships majority of the time or people not worthy of me being with them. Also neptune is ruler of my 7th too and i always find losers who need me to FIX them or FIX their lives. Mars is also conjunct my mercury.. Mercury is my chart ruler and ruler of my 10th. The first guy i met and married i met him at the casino who was dating one of my friends friend. It was a secret relationship initially. He had alot of planets in aries!! Very firey type person and i loved that. ------------------
