but people on here are saying they don't trust computerized reports, or that they arn't accurate.

but on cafe astrology i went through my report again with the birth chart from astro.com and everything is the same, the conjuctions/squares/houses etc etc.

so why are the computerized ones inaccurate or bad?

for me there isn't a battle, im definitely the quiet side.

i think all my capricorn, cancer/libra/ and especially all my virgo influence has just out numbered my leo sun/asc and my aries moon.

Libralove, I think I have the opposite problem lol. I have nothing else in Virgo in my chart. Plus with Aries moon and Mars in the first house, it's like gogogogogo. lol. Thank goodness for Taurus rising, it puts a little of a lid on things

And this is just an after thought of sorts..do any of you find that the aspects in a chart (or in synastry, or anything else for that matter) explain characteristics and attitudes of a person more accurately than descriptions of planets in signs?

Example..I don't really identify with my Sun, but I have Sun conj. Mercury and Neptune and these ASPECTS describe me better than just Sun in Capricorn. Or Mercury in Sag.

I can identify with parts of Mercury in Aries, Mercury in Taurus, in Gemini..etc..all the way down the line, with all planets..in some way. But I can't identify with , say, Sun square Mercury, or Sun opp. Mercury, etc.

Does that make any sense?

augentier, it makes perfect sense. The aspects make a lot more sense to me than just the planetary stuff. My sun is only aspected to the Midheaven, which to me just says I have to look elsewhere in my chart to find out anything about my self

I had the same thing happen to me. Cafe had my Ascendant at Virgo when it should be Libra.

figured out if I bumped my birth time up by exactly and hour everything worked out.

Tim once said astro.com was accurate for their time-it does not have to be adjusted and is automatic.

the only difference i could see was a few degrees of them all, but none of them were enough to actually change any of my placements

i also used astro.com natal wheel, with cafe astrologies report, it was all the same :S

And thank you Scorpio 31 for this information... I tried this reading long ago and then gave up because it wasn't an accurate AC. Now, I finally got an accurate chart reading and I am very pleased.

Augentier, you are exactly right. The planet placement readings (like the info for all libra in general) are not fully accurate for individuals due to the differences of aspects and placements in houses.

For example, mine starts out by saying things that I didn't agree with (actually I was a little offended until I thought of a triple Libra girl I know and how it would more closely and truthfully apply to her) and didn't sound like me at all... and I almost gave up reading: "does not think enough, she is frivolous. A dilettante in love." but then the very next paragraph was the entry on my sun in the 8th house which was almost the opposite of the above sentence and accurate: "You have a great urge to go farther or deeper into life every step of the way. You want to experience more, and your desires are both powerful and intense. It is hard for you to find satisfaction in common experiences, and you have magnetic power if you choose to use it wisely. You are fascinated with what lies under the surface, and at some point in your life, self-improvement is a big interest. You are attracted to unexplored or taboo areas of life, and you avoid all things superficial."
