I've read it's a good idea to meditate during your solar return...or to write down things you want to happen to you during the next year of your life. What do you do during that time?

I reflect on the past year, cut cords to situations that I need to release & then get pessimistic & wonder why the f*** I was born -
Regain my composure then go & watch TV.

Nothing timed to the exact moment of the solar return, but on my brithday I sit/lay down and do nothing. Most likely with something to drink AND smoke.
At times reflecting on the year gone by and always ready to shout at someone if they bother me on my one day of the year for me and me alone.

Last year I went to see my sis in Australia, who is born on same day as me. It was a little bit of a scene because she wanted to go out and did, but I didnt. I did my normal thing and stayed in. Her neighbour, nice fella he is, complained that I should be going out for my sister on her birthday. Obviously when I have the same birthday, something has to give. But it is my day to do whatever I want, no matter how selfish that sounds. I can do whatever I want on that day and no-one can complain. I normally do. I allow the same for anyone else who has a birthday. Whatever they want...unless its my birthday too
