I have always experienced an astrological identity crisis...I was born on 22 October, so I'm on the Libra/Scorpio cusp but I have several of my major planets in Scorpio. So I don't know what to really call myself - A Libran or a Scorpion.Many people have told me I'm not a 'real Libran' whatever that is. When I was growing up, one of my aunts refused to accept I was a Libran and would say to me 'You're a Scorpion' whenever I was naughty. I personally feel like a Libran, except where sex is concerned, I'm a Scorpion vixen. What do you reckon I should see myself as - Libra or Scorpio. You are indeed 'Libra'. Your title itself proves a Libran way of getting confused and going back and forth for a long long time.But, yes, considering you express majority of your emotions Scorpio/Cancer ways..You don't identify yourself very well with other Libras who might have more Air Earth or Fire in their chart. Wow...my friend has a similar chart to yours! 1978...but the 21st...she feels like a Libra too. I always felt that once people really got to know you they see your sun characterisctics.IP: Logged |

You are definitely a Libra. Not on a cusp. In the vedic astrology system which is the most accurate one, you are still a Libra at 7 degrees, whereas in the western you are at 27 degrees. The difference between both systems are 21 degrees apart. Your moon is really at gemini, not cancer and your rising is not really leo but rather cancer. Your venus and mars still remain in Scorpio. And I think the reason why you feel like a scorpio is because of your stellium in Scorpio in the 4th house and all of them make an aspect to your ascendant. So, to describe you, I would say you are someone good looking, with a sensitive heart, moody, crabby , talkative, and when you fall in love, it's forever. IP: Logged |

My birthday is 22 October 1979 and I am a Libra Sun (28.5) and Ascendant (23.5). However, I consider myself a Scorpio because of my first house stellium (Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Uranus) plus Pluto conjunct the sun and ascendant. I simply do not identify with Libra whatsoever, but I do identify VERY STRONGLY with Scorpio. I personally think it has to do with how you FEEL a sign's energy and not what you think you are supposed to be as the Sun alone isn't everything! What's more is that no one ever thinks that I'm a Libra because most people, even seasoned astrolgers, get a sense of the Plutonian/Scorpionic power that resides in me. ------------------

I was born on the "cusp" too the 24th, and in reading the interpretation of my chart, it doesn't seem to fit. I do have Scorpio like tendencies, but I also have Libra tendencies too.planet sign degree motion
