Ive seen this work with other people, but in my experience: match made in hell. Doesnt matter if its friends or lovers-I don't get on with Leos. 99.9% of the time I cant stand them.

lol Lara i always did find earth and earth couples to much the same, out of all the elements i think too much earth can be daunting. I hardly see earth and earth intimate with one another only friends nothing more really. Me peronally prefer elements to be mixed. But i do love Earth signs to bits for me lol

So far i have seen

capricorn/scorpio
taurus/aries
sagitarius/pisces
aquarius/gem
scorpio/libra

I have seen alot of awkward or at least awkward by sun sign pairs.

I agree.. earth and earth is just dry, clumpy mud mud mud!

Personally l have had success dating:

taurus/scorpio
taurus/aries
taurus/leo
taurus/aquarius
taurus/sagittarius

weird that most are square in aspect!

I've seen a lot of :

Aries /Scorpio - its either very good or very bad lol!

Leo/Virgo - see it a lot, seems boring though!

Me & OH are Taurus/Gemini, which I've never seen a lot of apart from us two and Enrique Iglesias & Anna Kournicova!!

I see quite a bit of gem/scorp though!!

I've seen a lot of 'neighboring' signs pair up, which is funny...Aries and Pisces, Pisces and Aquarius, Virgo with Leo and Libra, Cancer with Leo, etc.

The Leo/Cancer connection is weird because I've seen 2 marriages with it, and it really is a match made in hell, but they still kept having kids LOL.

Earth/earth can be viewed as boring, but IMO it brings really wonderful chemistry and quiet understanding. In the long-term it can be snooze city though...maybe if they both had enough fire in their charts it would be better. I personally love water signs, expect for Pisces males, which I view as swimming in another dimension, chasing Neptune's daughters.

"quite interesting pairing" is right. i'm scorp, dating an aqua, we are very alike and very different at the same time, we have a love/pain relationship but its all good. yes there are tears and fights, just like any other, but i'd say we are both the geeks/freaks of the zodiac

Leo/Cancer works, but most couples are Leo women and Cancer men. I only know one couple where the guy is a Leo.

Fixed signs seem to really like each other, more so than cardinals and mutables. I often see Leo/Scorpio couples, Aqua/Scorpio and Leo/Taurus.

In general though, marriages are pretty common with the sign before or after your own (the semi-sextile aspect). Almost everyone in my family is married to a semi-sextiled Sun.

Coral, that is an interesting observation about the fixed signs. Makes sense too, and I do see it a lot come to think of it. My Leo/Scorpio friends have been together 20 years and have one of the strongest relationships I've ever witnessed! I just found out she's a double Leo - but her sun's in the 12th house as is her moon which is in Cancer....

It's good to know also that there is some truth to my neighboring sign theory

As for Leo/Cancer connection, both marriages I know of are varied, and the Cancer female / Leo Male one is particularly miserable to behold
