What does it mean when the 1st house is very strong both in a synastry and a composite ?Particularly : Sun, Venus, Mercury, Psyche in someone's 1st house. The other's Psyche also in 1st house, conjunct ASc. And Moon, Psyche, Uranus, Saturn and Neptune in Composite 1st house? Thanks!!! IP: Logged |

I don't know about the composite, but from my experience the 1st house in synastry is really powerful attraction. I had a guy I was seeing whose Sun AND Moon was in my first house...extremely hard to ignore. It was pretty mutual too, we were right up in each other's faces lol. I think the Moon in the first house is fairly common in long-term couples, like it binds them somehow because they become receptive to one another's moods. I would imagine Venus in someone's fist house makes that planet person seem very attractive to the first house person. I think I read that in composite a prominent first house means the couple is very aware of the image they project to the world...I don't think that's the whole story. It seems like there's a lot more to it than that. Neptune I know about in synastry...in the first house, it makes the house person completely idealize the Neptune person, almost see them as THE ideal, and just put them up on a kind of pedestal. Fun at first, but as time goes on.... IP: Logged |

"I am a little troubled however about comp. Saturn in 1st..."I have this in my current relationship as Saturn is the lead planet in the composite 1st house stellium. My experience is having Saturn in 1st house is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, you feel an incredible amount of duty and responsibility for the other person, which binds you to one another so that the bonds are EXTREMELY difficult to break; very good for long-term relationships. On the other hand, however, if you or your partner is not ready for such a serious, demanding relationship it can be an especially ugly one. IP: Logged | |
