I thought the full moon was tomorrow? The influence is supposedly five days in either direction.

One of my horoscopes said that this full moon will bring me an enchanting romantic experience. Yeah, right.

My full moon is in the 5th house, which sounds pretty enjoyable. But I've never really been able to tell the effects the new and full moon have on me.

Sun - Leo
Moon - Pisces
Ascendant - Sagittarius

The exact time of the Full Moon is right now, at 1:17 AM EST, at 21 degrees Taurus.

I knew I was going to get crap for that.

I was looking at it as a matter of both the Sun and Moon being inside one degree of arc before midnight, which makes for an "exact" aspect. If you want to mathematically split hairs, okay, I'm not trying to play Tycho Brahe here. But Tigerlily, you're right, my statement wasn't precise as it did not account for same minute or second of arc, and therefore not an official full moon.

I completely renounce and retract my above post.

I just checked and noticed that Neptune was at the the Midpoint of the Sun and Moon ( i.e at the focal point of a TIGHT! T-Square).

Food for thought anyway.

Okay,so this fullmoon falls exactly on my 6th - 12th house axis. No wonder I have been feeling very withdrawn, almost melancholic.
How fitting for a Taurus Moon on my 6th house and a Scorpio Sun on my 12th house cusp.

I felt weird all yesterday, and when I was watching "Mama Mia!" (The movie) yesterday evening almost the entire movie made me cry, even the upbeat, exhilarating parts
Then I saw the full moon when I was going to bed..
Haven't checked the position against my chart in detail yet.

My Mercury is at 21* Taurus and is part of a T-Square with the Ascendant, North Node, Mars, and Venus.

This week I feel cranky, and is one of those times I get every couple of years where I am at risk of letting rip with a couple of sentences that let people know exactly what I feel. Which they won't like.

Those of us who menstruate will be less sceptical about the idea of the Moon being connected to our behaviour. In the case of this Full Moon it is coinciding with my personal cycle in a way that only increases my crankiness.

Well I couldn't do anything subtantial today, and I am wondering if its the full moon or my own excuse .
I think it's the full moon, BUT I just wasted a day to a deadline!

I'm not a fan of the moon today. I was cycling along last night and the moon was reflecting on the smooth and glassy sea, and I thought "Hello Moon!" and then "Ah, moon's in Taurus, must be conjunct my Mars now, no, I can never see the lady in the moon like Linda said you could, not that I could write her a letter to tell her if I did, since she's not here any more, Moon's squaring my natal moon, or is it? what's Taurus/Gemini again, I wish I could just remember these simple facts, never going to progress" and..

BAM! Cycled straight in to a wall.

Flaky.

i think its got more to do with SUN opposite mars...this being a FULL moon accentuates that but would not in itself cause clumsiness (physical or spiritual)!

The full moon is opposite my 6th House Sun and Moon.
I'm not sure but I think it's the reason why I've been eating a lot these past 3 days. Bad, bad, bad. I am getting comfort from food. Waaaa!

Last night a little past midnight, I went to the kitchen to drink water.
I was very sure that I had turned on my mobile's flashlight before I turned off the kitchen light's switch after drinking. It even made a "click" sound.
As I walked to the living room to go to the bedroom, I noticed that the floor was bathed in light coming from the kitchen!
Then I remembered that I was reading about spirit guides earlier, where the psychic said that we could communicate with a spirit, ask them simple yes or no questions and they could answer by clicking the light switch on or off.
I was sooooo scared, quickly went back to the kitchen to turn off the light, then ran to the bedroom telling myself that I would not look back whatever happened and that spirits could turn the lights on and off the whole night for all I care.
I want to communicate with spirit guides but I don't think I'm ready yet.

Sabian symbols for this fullmoon:

22 Taurus
WHITE DOVE FLYING OVER TROUBLED WATERS.

KEYNOTE: The spiritual inspiration that comes to the individual in the overcoming of crisis.

Here also we are confronted with a symbol of guidance, and the dove flying over troubled waters reminds one of the story of Noah and the Ark. Noah met his and mankind's crisis courageously and in complete obedience to God's promptings. The test completed, he received the dove's message. It is a message from the Holy Spirit announcing a new Dispensation. This symbolic scene can be applied to personal crises resulting from emotional upheavals or from the irruption of unconscious forces and impulses into the consciousness — if the crisis has been faced in the right spirit.

This second stage symbol is in contrast to the preceding one because here it is not the product of a culture, a "book," but instead the rhythm of cosmic, God-ordained cycles that reveals its conclusive beat through a living and concretely significant sign — a REWARD TO THE FAITHFUL.

22 Scorpio
HUNTERS SHOOTING WILD DUCKS.

KEYNOTE: The socially accepted release of an individual's or a group's aggressive instincts.

What this symbol clearly stresses is the socialization of man's primitive instincts according to a cultural ritual. Social hunting is a regulated seasonal outlet for male aggressiveness — a safety valve for emotional pressures in human beings in whom animal compulsions and bio-spheric values are still strong.

In this second stage symbol we find a strong contrast with the first. In the latter, the individual proved himself truly "man" by refusing to accept the practices of war imposed upon him by his society; in this symbol for Scorpio 22° it is society that willingly accepts — and in accepting, ritualizes and to some extent refines — the aggressiveness inherent in most individuals. The Keywords are SOCIALIZATION OF INSTINCTS.
