So I feel major chemistry btween me and this guy I work with and have been casually hanging out with. I know he likes me, and he's really cute..funny, interesting, eccentric, deep, and I feel TOTALLY at ease around him..one of the few people I can sit with and not have to talk to feel comfy..we can sit in silence and it's fine. I love that. I'm hoping this goes somewhere good...What do you think of our synastry chart? I'm not sure of his birth time but I'm just making a guess based off of his appearance and attitude.. Im on the INSIDE

I'm not extremely well-versed at synastry, but I have a couple of comments. With his Pluto in Scorpio exactly on your AC and his MC in Gemini exactly conjunct your 8th house cusp - I would say that you two have a soul-mate type connection. His Pluto is exactly on the cusp of his 3rd house, and on your AC. He can help draw you into empathic, transformative conversation. You two can really connect and understand each other. His MC, in addition to career, also refers to his relationship with his mother. It is on your 8th house cusp, so you either remind him of his relationship with his mother, or can help heal the relationship with his mother - probably the latter. Gemini/Scorpio energy together is the energy of deep psychological understanding and transformation/healing. Also, his your 2nd house stellium falls into his 4th house - so maybe he feels " at home" with your beliefs and things you value. thank you for your input! i definitely feel a bond that i cannot explain. i know he does have issues with his mother and family in general. on an intellectual level i really admire him .. and he does help me think in a different way. i was just thinking earlier that if this goes somewhere that i am looking forward to the mental connection we share and how it will help us grow. i feel it will. ------------------

Yeah seems good. You have a build up of planets in Sag and Capricorn and he has a few in Leo making a trine to yours.
He has more, but in Gemini and Cancer, which opposes yours in Sag and Cap. Good balance.Potential problem is your Mars/Jupiter in Pisces squae his Jupiter/Mercury in Gemini. If his ASC is accurate (looks it, dont ask why) that means his Mercury and Jupiter has rulership over his 4th/10th (parents) and also his 1st (him)
Both are square with your Mars (6th - job/clothes) and your Jupiter (2nd - values)
