Topic: i feel like i've "lost myself"

ok, i don't know how to describe this, but i feel like i've lost the person i once was. i've suffered depression for around 2 years, and now that i'm slowly recovering, i feel like i'm not the person i used to be, and to top it all off.... i can't REMEMBER how i used to be. it's all a blur, as to how i was, and it's quite scary. all i know is that i was much more upbeat, and sociable, and talkative, and "smiley". and now, i'm very reserved, i don't talk to people unless they talk to me first, and i'm much more of a stay indoors type person now, i don't even have as many friends as i used to.it's just all quite scary and making me nervous, is it just my mind playing tricks on me, or am i like this for good? here is my info 26th September 1989

wow kaira, your description of whats happend to you, is literally identicle to mine, except its not a blur to me the reason why i am, i lost all my close friends, and i moved home away from all of them, i also wasnt in school for a whole year, so a new home, new school, and recovering from my problem (i have a phobia which made me afraid of doing alot of things, kind of house bound), i became closed. some of my astrology aspects make sense with how i currently am, but i think its the circumstances that activated there influence so heavily. im also an 89er, ill post my chart after i check out yours edit: well heres your chart

how cute. you made a love connection. librlaove, i am interested in this because my son has anxiety that keeps him almost homebound. he is also an 89-er. Just seems odd that somany of you YOUNG paople are having this anxiety. IP: Logged |

well, my anxiety issue stems from my phobia of (be ready to laugh at me..) edit*.if i didn't have this phobia i'd probably be a nice happy child, with plenty shine from my leo heart.. my phobia might sound silly, but consider what a phobia is about - extremely afraid, will do anything to avoid the situation or object the person is afraid of. now, consider how many things you'd have to do to avoid vomiting, catching a stomach bug, etc.. get the picture? ask if you don't know already, whats causing your son's anxiety? Sunshine, you're right! My sister and brother are the SAME way also, born in the same year (around) Libralove. And the harder you try remembering or grasping who you once were the more you will lose yourself, It's all a part of growing up ... You are shedding your skin, you should not cling to the past or who you were, accept the new you and build upon it, channel it to your advantage, it's so much fun trying to discover yourself but you have to do it with an open mind without living or trying to be in the past.Friends? You dont need freaking friends 2 or 3 will do, be your own best friend, friends come and go and on the long run they change too.

I don't agree. I think that if you focus on what it was about yourself that made you happy in the past, you'll find a way to incorporate elements of those traits into your present self. IP: Logged |

thanks guys, i just really wish i knew why i can't really remember the way i was, 'cause i really miss that person. maybe i just have bad memory lol? but, i'll try to focus on the present, and building myself upon that, like VirgOh said.
i read that since Pluto is in Capricorn, it'll really be affecting my Sun in Libra, and i'll be going through some transformative changes. i hope it isn't anything too heavy though, the last few years have been pretty intense for me. but knowing Pluto..
Libralove09, don't feel bad, i was only kidding although, you're right, i seem to be the one who started it haha.
lol, it feels really weird that people are rooting for our synastry? we don't even know each other! howeverrr, i may post my picture if the price is right haha, i'm really shy

When I turned 28 I realized I loved my solitude - I used to think I was very social, but then realized I like my time alone. That was my Saturn Return. Different times in our lives call for different ways of being, and we adapt to whatever the moment requires of us...that's all. It's just stretching and exploring all your facets, that's all. You won't stay one way for life, it's just exploration I feel VirgOh is very right on about friends...you don't need many. And sometimes people come into our lives for a stint and then leave again...a couple of them stay and withstand the test of time.
