I saw lots of red and I panicked. I don't think I ever had a Venus-Pluto double-whammy with anyone and I don't think it's appropriate that I have this with him. I haven't met him yet, but I'd like to know what to expect. Help? ------------------ Psychiatry is like the surgery of the mind IP: Logged |

Glad you find it funny, Lara. Eh, perhaps I would too, if I wasn't in this situation. But I really need to get along with him. IP: Logged |

Yes, his birth time is a guess, but it might make sense because he's a renowned plastic surgeon and having Sun and Venus in the 10th, with MC in Libra suits this. IP: Logged |

Hi, Di! Oh, he's not good looking at all! He's in his 60s and gives me the impression of being a shrewd man. Needless to say, I don't want anything romantic/sexual with him, just that the 3 years and a half that I'll spend working with him to pass as smoothly as possible. But those Saturn squares kinda tell me I'm daydreaming. There's a lot of Uranus activity, indeed. Double-whammy with Moon (his Ura opposite my Moon, my Uranus square his Moon). I don't know how this will play out. I think, by looking at the chart, though I'm not objective at all, that there could be some potential for him teaching me (I do like his Jupiter in my 10th house and the NN-chiron conjunction), but I'm afraid it's going to be a frustrating experience, and that he's gonna become an oppressive force in my life and I don't think I will stand that (my Saturn square his Mars). Venus ~ beauty Pluto ~ transformation He's a plastic surgeon, he is going to be your boss. Sounds apt. Sounds promising. Looks like a balanced mixture of red and blue. No need to panic. I'd suggest maybe being a little more flexible in your intepretation of the aspects. Forget the aspect of doom talk about Saturn and Mars. Saturn is the stone, Mars is the blade. You're Saturn? Maybe you sharpen him up. Going in like you mean business and intend to learn all you can (I assume that's why you are there for a set period?) will probably help work this aspect. The Square aspect is dynamic and gets things done. It's not necessarily bad. IP: Logged |

Hi Izo Dont worry in advance, everything will be ok. Im sure. Synastry is really not everything, so many other factors are playing a part. My best example is that i share venus conjunct pluto, ,mars conjunct mars and mars trine venus with a guy, who is a friend but nothing else, i not even attracted to him... (and we have many more strong and good aspects) So just be calm, and with that chiron N.N conjunction, i think he will be a great teacher for you. Just take it easy. IP: Logged |

Izo, Venus/Pluto isn't a bad thing and my thoughts were exactly along the lines of what BM said. It seems almost perfect considering the type of work that you're doing with him. I also noticed that his North Node is conjunct your Chiron. Destiny to heal together... In this kind of a situation a trine w/ Venus and Pluto may not be an indicator of your work as much as the square. The square puts into motion, not floats along. To me, this all looks very promising. Besides, how can he not love you??? Hugs, 8th IP: Logged |

I replied 2-3 times, but my replies just vanished. I managed to save them though. Hi, friends! Thank you for your answers and the encouragements. I'm sorry I didn't get around to answer sooner. @BM I thought of plastics as a Scorpio-Libra thing too! I have MC in Scorpio with Pluto in Libra in Placidus and MC in Libra with Pluto in the 10th in equal house system. Yes, I'm the Saturn. I have a Saturn-Mars opposition natally and with my generation I'm the Mars. Sometimes people close to my age make me feel uncomfortable. I don't remember being Saturn so far, I guess I'll see how that feels. @GLB, Nice to see you around here again! You're always there for me when I'm falling off the wagon. I guess that's your Saturn conjunct my Moon lol. Thank you for being a good Saturn. I'm trying to remain as calm as I can, but there are a lot of things at stake here. I really depend on this man, because if he doesn't like me I won't get to scrub in and I won't learn. And I want to learn. Anyways, if it doesn't work out and my place of work turns out to be a war zone, I'll file for a transfer. I hear it's not such a big problem. Interesting thing about your synastry with your friend. Yeah, I know synastry isn't everything, but I looked at it to get a clue on what to expect, what to keep under control and what to express. @8th, I haven't seen you in a while! How are teh Libra dimples doing? I hope everything is alright with you. Promising huh? Wow, I really don't want to get my hopes up because I know what I'm in for. And this man has Saturn square my MC, he's gonna work me way beyond my comfort zone. I hope it will be a professionally enlightening experience as well. IP: Logged |

There is a beautiful link of the North Node. His North Node conjuncts Izo's Chiron. Izo's North Node conjucts his Uranus. Izo's Uranus conjucts his Saturn.Chiron is the bridge between Saturn and Uranus. Additionally, Asteroid MENTOR is nearly conjunct. This has the potential of a very good student-teacher relationship. ------------------ http://www.tamsoft.co.in/articles.html IP: Logged |

Mentor is EXACTLY conjunct, right on my 9H cusp . 12 deg Virgo, A powerful statesman overcomes a state of political hysteria. [manipulation, power issues, mind control... sounds familiar]Keeping fingers crossed! Thanks for the thumbsup, IQ! IP: Logged |

I met my boss yesterday, he seemed alright, but he warned me he is a very harsh boss but that he hopes I'll make him proud one day. I couldn't help not notice Chiron conj FMC Ascendant. First meeting chart seems almost too peaceful compared to the synastry! Unaspected Pluro - what gives?? IP: Logged |

I will work closely with a nice lady plastic surgeon who is a Sagittarius and makes lovely trines to my chart (and a couple of squares, of course... what would life be without squares?!). I also have North Node conjunctions with her too . My Mars conj her NN. Seems apropriate for surgery. I'm a little bit more optimistic now. IP: Logged |
