what do you all think is the worst placements to have in a chart. by placements i mean signs in planets and aspects as well .Also what are the best placements by sign house and aspects.

feel free to combine the differences from say sun in virgo square mars in saggitarius
then having sun in taurus square mars in aquarius.

i always wanted to know the different types of qualities people have with having the same sun mars square aspects but in different signs . that goes for every other aspect cause they all have to be different in different signs even thought there the same aspect formation.

I heard Moon square Saturn can be particularly nasty.

And definitely Venus square Saturn in my experience.

Some of the most successful people have Moon in hard aspect to Saturn. It might not be emotionally rewarding, but it can help you get far in life.

I have Moon ( Taurus ) square Saturn ( Leo ). It is quite nasty :-D but it is bearable! It gives you a bad inferior complex and sometimes even a paralizing shyness ( like in my case - from time to time lol ). I seem to have a permanent feeling of guilt and a feeling of not being worthy of something! So I have to work twice as much in order to prove that I'm in deed worthy of love, affection, of being accepted.

However it can be endured if you learn how to canalize this energy into something productive - in buidling your selfesteem! It's a constant challenge to it!

Saturn square Neptune: my least favorite natal chart aspect; fantasy meets reality head-on. I'm either too pragmatic or too spacey and it's a difficult one to figure out how to deal with.

For me personally I think Venus square Uranus this aspect can make me restless in relationships I find myself often looking for the next level of excitement in a relationship instead of appreciating the quite time and valleys of companionship. This is not to say that I am not faithful or loyal, it’s that I have to channel that restlessness into the social side of my life.

This can sometime drive a spouse or S.O nuts if there is no understanding of how the persons mind is geared.

My favorite aspect/sign in my chart is Venus conjunction Mars in Sagittarius in the 3rd house. This really accentuates my Scorp sun and knocks down some of that cold Plutonian personality.

Sun: Scorpio
Moon: Capricorn
Ascendant: Libra

Venus in Sagittarius
Mars in Sagittarius

i think it all depends on the chart. Let's say someone already has a very 'laid back' chart, no worry in the world, but also no drive! In that chart I think a t-square might actually be a blessing, to get them going and counterbalance what would otherwise be a lazy bum. BUT put the same t-square in a chart of someone who already has way too much drive in the sense that they cant ever relax as they are always running after some goal (think the classic workaholic.) Well in that case, I really would consider a t-square, or some other intense mars conjunctions for instance the worst possible aspect! So, yes, i think it depends on the chart what could be a worst possible or best possible aspect.

For instance in my chart there is already too much capricorn, too much saturn definitely. Three personal planets in capricorn, I definitely didnt need a sun-saturn opposition or that saturn in my 1st house to top it all up. So to me, saturn in the 1st is my personal worst aspect. But maybe it would do quite a bit of good in a chart of someone that SCREAMS self-confidence, for instance someone with a a triple aries or leo placement. (just a random example). And same holds true for best aspects. I actually really like my mars conjunct neptune or venus square uranus because the add originality and creativity to a chart that would be otherwise way to no-nonsense. But put mars-neptune conjunction in the chart of someone who is already very otherworldy (maybe with a very strong neptune) and they might find it sucks all energy even more out of them. Yes it's all about the personal chart, a bit like beauty can often be in the eyes of the beholder.

Peri: Moon conj Neptune? Really? I know someone with this one and I can´t really figure him out...

For me, worst aspect must be neptune opposing saturn. Really two different energies clash and gives me a lot of headache...

Interesting about mars-saturn hard aspects, have read a lot about how this gives a lot of endurance apparently...

Moon opposition Mars(boiling silent temper) or Mars trine Saturn(forces me to strive though I don't really want to)..Mercury square Pluto(very nosey)..Saturn in Aquarius(makes me feel lonely)..or the 5 darn Rx planets(screws me all up).

Best: Im not sure at this moment but I do like my Sun Trine Uranus wherever it shows in me.

Pretty bad: Sun square Neptune!! Nasty! Talk about people not seeing you as you are because you don't even know yourself at times, and feeling so inferior, and not letting your personality shine so people walk all over you! BLARGH. Total lack of self-esteem/self-confidence at times.

Moon conjunct Chiron seems to be extremely difficult to deal with at times too, especially if it is in opposition to various planets. OUCH.

Dunno about the good ones though. :P I do like my Venus trine Neptune. I'm very musical and artistic naturally. I also favor my Merc conjunct Saturn, but some other people do not like the traits that a person with it can assume.

My 7th House Leo Venus squares my 3rd House Taurus Saturn (plus my IC and Psyche) and also squares my 10th House Scorpio Neptune (and MC).

My rather afflicted Venus really does make me confused, conflicted, fickle and contradictory when it comes to love and relationships and people. I have commitment issues (Venus square Saturn) and trust issues (Venus square Neptune).

I also have Venus conjunct Lilith (all the Liliths), Pandora, Groom and DNA (all in Leo/7th House). These conjunctions are difficult and cause a lot of trouble for me.

Another badly aspected grouping is my 7th House Virgo Moon conjunct my S Node (and Draconic Sun/Moon midpoint), opposite my 1st House Pisces N Node (plus Gilgamesh, Solstice Jupiter and Draconic Moon/Sun midpoint) and square my 4th House Gemini Karma (plus Varuna, Sekhmet, Pythia, my Gemini/Sagittarius Mars/Chiron midpoint axis and my Gemini/Sagittarius ASC/Pluto midpoint axis).

Probably what stands out most in all that is my Moon conjunct S Node, opposite N Node, square Karma pattern. Yikes.
As a Cancer Sun (plus Mercury and Mars) I'm ruled by the Moon so those aspects can be quite difficult at times.

Couldn't help but have a look at my own aspects and yeah, there's a few tricky ones.

Sun opp. neptune

Moon square. mars (yeah that one does suck)

venus square saturn (supposed to make you restrictive and frigid in sex, but i found that it went the opposite for me. My sense of self worth came from my sexuality and looks, i mean...jeez i was an exotic dancer for years. I do believe this aspect has to do with patriachal domination and control, issues of abuse of love etc etc)

venus square jupiter

sun conj. mars

jupiter sqaure saturn

AND i got venus, nth node, pluto, saturn, uranus, neptune AND jupiter in RETROGRADE in my natal chart. Go figure....
