Sign placement and house placement would give more clues, but it basically means that there is a vague feeling of dissatisfaction in some area of the relationship. It can also be unrealistic perception of the other person, perhaps the nep. person isn't forthright or honest when dealing with the venus person.
Houses and signs will paint a clearer picture.

Oh thanks. His venus is in Libra in the tenth house and my neptune is in capricorn in the fourth house.

Wow- how convenient, his venus in 10th , your neptune in 4th!! Definitely parental issues are being played out here. Also do you somehow inhibit his career, or perhaps his expressing himself out in the world,(you know, 10th house stuff)?

i also have that with my bf - my neptune squares his venus.

but his neptune trines my Venus . so itīs kind of strange ...

seing by Good girlīs perspective,must be this:

- my venus is in my 11th leo and his neptune is in his 5th in sag.

- his venus is in his 3rd and my neptune is in my 3rd.

so:

i inihbit his speech or comunication skills?

If you mean by inhibiting his career in that I told him if he sleeps with one of his co-workers or fellow students would be a no no in our relationship is considered inhibiting, then yes, I think I inhibit his career.
