I wrote this in one of the other sections but maybe this is the right place for it. I am trying to have a child and am getting a bit frustrated. I would like to know if there's any indication of a birth in my chart. I'm a pisces (3/14/74) w/ libra rising and my moon in sag. My huband's a fish too (3/18/73). Both of us born in NY (me- E. patchogue and him- Central Islip). Also, I read in the "Ask the Astrologer" section that a fertile time would be the time when the moon and sun are are the same degrees apart as when you were born. I looked at my natal chart and it seems that my sun and moon are Septile (51/52 degrees apart). My sun's in Pisces in the 6th house and my moon's in Sag in the 3rd house. So would it be correct for me to try to conceive during the time when the sun and moon are 51/52 degrees apart? Any ideas on where I can find this info?

Hi starshower,I need your time of birth to look at your chart. What I will do is look and see if the transits are helping or hurting you with having a baby at all, but I really don't have time to help you with the Sun/Moon calculation every month. That would get very tedious for me quickly. That is a method that is accurate and DOES work, but if you want it done, you will need to find someone else to help you. Sorry, I just don't have the time to do it.   ------------------

I was born at 7:28pm in East Patchogue, NY. Is there any way for me to get the information myself on the moon and sun degree calculations? I didn't expect you to do it for every month, I just wanted to know where I can get the info.

Hi starshower,I have some great news for you! The transits are on your side!!  You might want to relax and not plan it since Uranus is in your 5th house, and rules your 5th house, which will allow for it to happen unexpectedly. Uranus LIKES surprises and doesn't like his fun ruined by things being planned.  He'll work with you though, if you allow it! I say this because you say you've been TRYING to have a baby and haven't conceived yet. You see, your natal chart is excellent for having children! Your Venus, Ceres and Mercury are all in your 5th house of children and all of them have sweet aspects to them. But they ARE in Aquarius and prefer surprises. You plan with Aquarius/Uranus around and they'll throw a fit, rebel and do the opposite just to stick their tongue out at you and say, neener, neener, neener. But, if you want to plan, which you obviously do, your Sun and Moon are 261* apart. Saturn will be exactly trining your 5th house cusp ruler the last week of March and the first three weeks in April. That would be the best time to figure out when the Sun will be 261* AHEAD of the Moon. Make sure you don't do it backwards, because that will happen with the transits too, and that's NOT when you'll conceive. Let's see, the Sun will be in Aries that entire time, so you're looking at the late degrees of Sag, the early degrees of Cappy for the Moon, depending on what degree the Sun is during that time. BTW, the transits have been AGAINST you for having children for the last two years. BTW, you also might want to relax and have fun with life. Your Sun both squares your Saturn, your Moon AND your Nodes. If you're uptight and need to chill, your body won't allow you to get pregnant. Those are some really tough aspects to deal with in your natal chart and will challenge your self-esteem and self-confidence, and you might want to learn about them.  Good luck! I just took a quick peek at an ephemeris for you. Look somewhere between April 2nd and April 4th. The time you need will be somewhere in there. It HAS to be calculated for the exact time, though. There's not much room for leeway on this. ------------------
