Unfortunately, what you are asking requires us to strip down both of your charts, which is hours and hours and hours and hours worth of work. If you provide your birth time and date, we could tell you if the transits are in your favor for romance and relationships, though.

randall is right that astrology is an indicator tool in many respects. it is really up to you whether you will act upon the energies of planets.

i can tell you right now that i do not have the talent to *definitely* predict anything as we humans are precarious and contrary creatures anyway

but what i can do is look at your chart and see what lovey dovey things you've got going. how's this for a compromise?

randall, what is the saying? "with great knowledge (or wisdom?) comes great responsibility." i really feel for those people who have access to ashkaic (sp?) records.

i am going to help you answer one question, and although you have many very important ones, free time is really not on my side nowadays and i simply cannot get to them all myself. below is what i have composed in regards to you and your love nature.

you have venus in cancer in the 12th house with saturn conjunct the ascendant. these two planets make two harsh T-square aspects with jupiter in aries in the 10th, and pluto in libra in the 4th house. my feeling is that there is a great fear in expressing your own emotions, hence you are more likely to hold things in (with saturn on the ascendant). however, when you do express yourself, the reactions come out as cross-purposes---sometimes too generous and optimistic of the outcome without forethought (jupiter in aries) or quite severe, caustic and brutal (pluto in libra) when you feel your feelings have been played upon. with capricorn as a seventh house ruler, and saturn on the ascendant, you are probably very careful as who you select to be associated with, due to venus' subconscious insecurities. having your moon in leo, squaring jupiter, trining pisces mars, and sagg neptune in the 5th, there is certainly an appetite for the pleasures and fantasies of romance. pluto is transiting your 5th house of romance right now, and will be exiting soon. there has probably been some very profound revelations and transformations in how you view romance and relationships, as you probably had very idealistic and illusionary visions that might not have worked out. but, hopefully, you will taken the good lessons with you.

using the koch house system, your ascendant is at 14 degrees cancer, and saturn conjuncts this point at 15 degrees, sitting in your first house. venus is at 7 degrees cancer, and lies in your 12th house. the only way venus can be in your first house is if it is at least 14 degrees and 33 minutes cancer to 7 degrees and 47 minutes leo. which it cannot be based on the birth data you have provided.

neptune is at 10 degrees 51 minutes in saggitarius in the 5th house. the 6th house starts at 17 degrees and 59 minutes saggitarius.

I looked to see which sign pluto is in right now and it has been in sagittarius for a while so is that how it is in my 5th house since sag rules the 5th?

And one more question(astrology is so confusing for me sorry)There are 30 degrees for each house.So then my question would be how do I find when the signs come into the houses or something like that.what degree do the signs come into( I know the degrees of each planet in the signs in my chart)Like when you said that sag does not start until***degree is that in every chart
or how can I find that?

there are several house systems one can use, and they all are formulated according to different calculations. at astro.com, you can peruse through the ones you think work best for you. there are a plethora of websites on the house systems, and books available as well that discuss various theories.
