For anyone who has finds it hard to relate to men! I found this piece of writing the other day and it sums up what I feel about myself and what at last I am beginning to accept can be within a man. We are all one and the same in essence.  Hope you enjoy x x

The Man With Heart 
He is caring, warm and strong. He is not afraid of anger, nor is he afraid of intimacy and love. He can see beyond the bewitchment, beyond the artificial defensive appearances to the essential me within. He stays by me and is patient. But he initiates, confronts and moves on as well. He is stable and enduring. Yet his stability comes from flowing with the stream of life, from being in the moment. He plays and works and enjoys both modes of being. He feels at home wherever he is – in the inner spaces or the outer world. He is a man of the earth – instinctual and sexy. He is a man of the spirit – soaring and creative. He loves nature; animals, birds, flowers, the woods and mountain meadows, the rivers and the sea. He loves children and the inner child, and he appreciates the cyclic seasons of time. He can revel in the blossoming of spring’s early flowering, relax and linger in summer’s stronger ripening, mature in autumn’s colourful last blaze, and deepen in winter’s snowy silence, opening up once more to spring’s rebirth. He loves beauty, art, the word and music. Perhaps he even sings or plays the violin. And he dance’s to life’s rhythms. He is the soul-mate, the inner friend and lover who accompanies a woman on the journey and adventure of life.IP: Logged |
