My heart goes out to you!!! Relationships aren't easy at the best of times to understand, but it sounds like your heart is in turmoil.

When you say that you were the "reformer" in the relationship, I get the feeling that perhaps you were the mother figure in the relationship.

Maybe he the "son" has left to spread his wings, but through his lack of emotional maturity has broken your heart in the process. I feel that you really loved/cared for him, and I get the feeling that you love people deeply. I feel that perhaps you held onto him too tightly - Taureans only do that because they are afraid.

You have a Virgo rising so I feel that you are very hard on yourself. Perhaps your expectations of this relationship were too high.

Love is hard at times, but all I can say is although you love him deeply (which is a beautiful thing and a wonderful gift!!) you need to let him go. Let him spread those wings. If he comes back to you then it was meant to be.

Taurus people seem to tend to go through situations which leave battle scars on their warm and sensual hearts. But you know what? Every Taurus person I have ever known is a battler (Aussie term for a person who goes through struggles but comes out stronger).

I cannot give you any insightful astrological advice such as Sunmeadow Glades has done so marvelously. But do know that i and im sure many other people in Lindaland, know your pain.

My relationship was a year and half long, he betrayed me and left me for another. It hurt so bad, i thought i would never recover, perhaps i never truely will, it has been almost two years now. But i see the whole thing in a different way.

What you said: "...show the person the right path so that he can see the distinction between the right and wrong". I think its so good that you can look at it that way, it took me so long to think about things that way. You think that you showed him the right path, perhaps he did the same for you?

I believe my ex was there because i had to feel hurt, and pain so that i had a comparesson there, when someone wonderful comes into my life i will truely appretiate them. The highs in life would never feel as good without the lows.

I feel that everything happens for a reason, but that its not what challenges face us, but how we rise to the occasion that makes all the difference.
