hi! i remember there was a thread about this a long time ago (magi astrology), and i recently got a book out of the library about magi astrology, and i'm intrigued cuz there's a guy who's grabbed my interest and it seems like we have something really great: his chiron is exactly (to the degree) trine my venus. according to the book this is "singularly the most powerful and beneficial linkage that two persons can have." it's a MAGIcal, golden, romantic and cinderella linkage. woo! and it's hard to get linkages with magi astrology (positive aspects), as an aspect must be within a three degree orb..okay, so that seems good, but.. then there's a saturn clash. urg. these are bad. his saturn is exactly (again, to the degree) opposite my sun. and ALMOST to my merc and mars too (but they are 4 degrees apart, so not relevant to magi astro, i guess). anyway, so my question is, on their website, they say that a chiron linkage (which we have, above) is essential for love and marriage to last.. however that it must be the dominant linkage in the chart. to be so, it must be the most exact linkage or the most powerful. so what i'm wondering is whether our superduper chiron linkage is more or less powerful than that saturn clash?? and.. we have an ALMOST venus(mine)-mars (his)sextile; it's just over a 3 degree orb.. i'm wondering if i can please please count that, as that aspect creates a sexual linkage..  ?? just hoping a magi astrologer is out there! i don't know a lot about this kind of astrology, so it's hard for me to know what rules apply here that differ from traditional astrology.. thanks!  here's the website, if anyone's interested: www.magiastrology.com

hi aphrodite..thanks! the pregnancy is going well.. getting in nesting mode (due in 7ish weeks). stuff with the ex is NOT going well, however. partly why i'm letting myself fantasize about this guy.. to get over the ex. actually, this is the same guy as i have the composite stellium of 5 planets in sagittarius with. we're in touch again.. he lives very far away, tho, so it is a somewhat safe fantasy. heh. got enough going on without bringing in more emotional stuff.. wps  p.s. did you get my email?
