hello i am new to this site and have enjoyed learning about my sign since i was very young

i new understood anything beyond the basic description of Taurus, however

i could never figure out what "was rising or in what place" when i was born

if possible would someone tell me what they know about folks born on april 22 1975 in providence, rhode island i am female and don't know off hand what time i was born
i am adopted and actually don't know if that is something we were told?!

If you don't know the time I would put 12:00 pm, but try to find you birth certificate. It is important, especially if you want to now your rising sign. You rising sign will let you know what suning was rising at the TIME you were born. I am a Taurus as well. Born April 20, 1982 @ 4:16 pm in Greenwich, CT. Because of the time that I was born my rising sign is Virgo. Sometimes you can act more like your rising sign than your sun sign.
