Hello!!! Hmmm...I was wondering about Chiron...and the aspects it may make to a composite chart. To be more specific, my boyfriend has his chiron (in the 8th house) conjunct our composite sun (in the 10th house). Could this be an indicator of love and affection? Or even long-term potential for the relationship or is it the opposite? I've read some information but I don't seem to fully understand what it could possibly mean. Could you Please help??? Thank you so very much, Take care! IP: Logged |

I'm guessing here but it seems to me that he would be patient and understanding (Natal Chiron conj. Composite Sun) concerning this relationship.(maybe he sees the whole picture) More than likely karmic because of the house position (his 8th) Our fixed houses show where we can become possessive. (this relationship, wanting to keep it) not enough here to tell.IP: Logged |

For more on Chiron in relationships check out... www.magiastrology.com Just another 'school of thought' on the subject...I don't necessarily share their enthusiasm, which seems a bit exagerated, but it's interesting to read, nevertheless

It sounds like you are plotting your individual charts on your composite chart, is that right. I do composite and synasty charts, but I am unaware of the way you are using them. The composite has to do with the relationship itself, and the synasty, the energies that each of you bring to the relationship. While individuals like Bob Hand indicate that composite charts can be used like regular natal charts, he didn't indicate merging the two types together. Does anyone have any data supporting this method? Lanny IP: Logged |

Could have sworn this same question came up before. And it turns out something about the Composite is missing a key element which a Natal has.I almost remember me saying HEY! That's a good idea! Do a Synastry between a Composite and a Natal! For example, you may not be able to get into aspects and other things in as much detail, but if the Composite has all the planets in three signs, and if those 3 signs are very prominent in one or both people involved, then that "relationship" will feel like a good fit? Why not! ** on the other hand, it may aggravate something in a natal in a negative way - hmmmm ** IP: Logged |

Totally agree, Gloria. It's one thing to analyze the entitity known as "Us", it's another thing altogether to look at how "Us" gets along with Me, and of course, You too, as individuals. If one or the other doesn't get along with "Us", there won't be an "Us" for very long. At least not a HAPPY "us", no matter how pretty "Us" looks on paper. IP: Logged |

hola! Bob Marks was the first (I believe) to suggest comparing natal charts to Composite chart(synastry between them) ..or Relatnship Davison chart to natal. he said in that way you can see how the relationship affect each individualIP: Logged |
