The only info I have is on the Nodes. Since Pluto is about transformation, regeneration - getting rid of what we don't need anymore so we can move on - then he's probably going through a life review regarding all things Moon. What exactly deals with "women" or the "wife" is a different topic all together::

Links of Pluto with one of the nodes is quite dynamic. These Pluto/node connections are also linked to both kidnappings and forced custodial changes. Relating to reproduction, the pairing may also coincide with miscarriages, abortions, and vasectomies.

The link of the nodes with Pluto is significant also of new enterprise and of financial matters. The house ruled by Pluto should also be considered in judging the probable area of life that comes into focus.
