Aphrodite has stepped down as Mod, so I am keeping the seat warm until we find a replacement (not that she can ever be replaced, because she can't be). Feel free to point me in the right direction with anyone you personally feel would be a good choice. Thanks! ------------------

Aww...Randall, I'm really sad to hear that our blessed Aphrodite is not a moderator anymore.  But I'm hopeful that the forum will stand strong...------------------

I am sad to see her go.....  Gloomysag~ Thanks for the nod, darlin'.... I have to say though I have a fifth house Venus, and love love and romance.. I'm not too good at it. For others, yes.. for me? Hmmmm.... I don't think I'd make a good mod. I mean... you've seen my posts here, haven't you?

GloomySag, That is a sweet nomination and I appreciate it, but I am not what this site is looking for when it comes to being a moderator. I am too opinionated and I can be somewhat harsh - I am very aware of my short comings  Aphrodite was and is just like her ID sounds - full of love. She has the right temperment for this and someone in that same style would be great. Maybe someone like Natasha -sthenri: she is very even keeled and listens to what others have to say while giving very accurate advice. PPFM (Playfully Pondering Fish Moon) may also be an option - she is also very motivated and has an even temperment Possibly a co-moderator type of thing 0 maybe you can even throw in someone like Lioneye to add some fire to the mix. She is very strong, outspoken,but also DEAD on when it comes to astro insights. As much as I like to provide advice, I fear that my own temperment leaves much to be desired when it comes to moderating affairs of the heart  But thank you so much for thinking of me!! IP: Logged |

I agree with your choices, Pid... and my reasons are much the same as yours...
Sthenri is a good choice too in my eyes. She is always giving good love related advice, posting links and being compassionate naturally. Moderator status would simply be an extension of who she comes to the board as anyway.. herself.
