I have a question exactly what do our dreas mean? If anyone knows. I have a funny situation my las bf which is the father of my youngest son, I was so inlove with him I use to dream about him all the time,it did not matter if we were happy if we were fighting. Rather it was a good dream or a bad dream. Once I decided to let go and move on I stop having dreams about him. My new guy for awhile into the relationshp I had no dreams of him all of a sudden recently I have been dreaming about. I felt that once I have strong feelings for a guy that is when the dreaming starts. It could be all in my mind, just thought someone may know what I am talking about...

I'll give it a shot.

The simple version of WHY we dream is so the brain can assimilate information through the subconsious.

Why you seem to dream of guys you care about is another matter, and may be a sign that you have allowed them into the most inner recesses of your subconsious. But that does not preclude that your dreams will be pleasant, or will be nightmares.
