question for those who are perceptive in these matters (as I only very marginally know what I am looking at yet.) these are our charts. (me and my GF)hers....  and mine: 
anything spring to mind, may I ask? (as far as opportunities or snags, etc?)

Hey Fredbird,Two things I noticed...You're a Cancer/Virgo, she's a Capricorn/Cancer. Although your sun signs are in opposition (which can mean differences in viewpoints and opinions...but also attraction/ great sex woohooo lol), your Sun is conjunct her Moon which rates pretty highly in the compatibility stakes. It is a good aspect to have for emotional understanding. Your overall personality and ego blends well with her emotional side. Also your Moon in Virgo is in trine with her Sun in Capricorn, although trines are less powerfull this is still a nice aspect to have as it makes it easier to express your emotions to each other and feel comfortable arround each other. All of these aspects are within a large orb.. in my opinion they still count because You're expressing your ego etc through Cancer...She expreses her emotions through Cancer so whether or not they're in a close orb, it still makes for a positive interaction. and the second thing... your Mars is trined her Venus, which basically means she likes the way you aproach her. Your masculine side ..Mars and her feminine side Venus are in tune. You were probably the one to start the relationship as Mars initiates and she probably liked the way she was aproached or pursued by you. I just noticed something else..Her Saturn in Virgo is conjunct your Moon in Virgo, that aspect can keep you together through thick and thin. Although on the negative side its long term effects might be a silent coldness between you. Your Moon might seem to moody to her Saturn...and her Saturn to cold or insensitive to you. cool, that sounds very much like it, my only present worry is that we both are extremely secretive and ritualistic, sentimental, whatever, we have processes and secrets is what I'm trying to say and we both have deep dark secrets and we both know we have those and feel that unless we share them we can never be fully together AND that if we share them we will have either (I dont know one or both maybe) killed the spark that mystery provides or said too much to where one of us is no longer attracted to the other. but you're dead on the money in the terms that either of us would stop the other one from revealing those secrets, in the interest of preservation and fear of this boundary, with the offer of sex funny how that can turn your mind to jello oh well at least I have one goal always fulfilled: only accept the duration of a relationship where either party can melt the other with only a kiss.
actually I have realised the answer to an earlier question here, the reason I came here to ask about this wasn't a 'prove it so or prove it not so' it is because the insight offered here is different than on astro or whatever, it is more applied and common, it is less general and more in terms I can relate to. I know a person wrote the astro stuff just the same, but here it is more like someone can relate their specific expereinces and things ring more true or less true through these experiences -kind of the point of this board, aint it? we are personally communicating rather than generally communicating.
