I wonder if somebody is kind enough to help me with an advice.I know this man since childhood and I've always felt very attracted by him. From the last 5 years we crossed our way quite often!!! (few times a week) we getting closer and I feel is something more between us but he is not making any step toward me. Can somebody tell me if is good to make myself the first move or, can you see from his chart if is any chance from him to dare to reach to me himself? Or if in my chart (because is the only one which i know the exact time of birth) can you see by progression if is any chance to have soon a new relationship?
My date is 08 august 1967 Bucharest ( + 1.44 h)and His is on 17 may 1967 Bucharest I do not know the birth time!

Well he's a taurus and we love to take our time approaching people. So if you can't wait that long and feel he is really something special, approach him. I know it will be tough, but forget about the fear and think about how you won't regret trying it in the future. Ask him out, worse thing he can say is no and then you can move on to another.

A few good things about you two astrologically is Your Sun sextiles his Mars and Your Mars trines his Venus. You both should like spending time with each other and feel a very strong attraction. The last three relationships I had I approached the guys first (brazen Scorpio woman that I am)....and they all said yes. I have been married to the last one for over 7 years and been together for 16 years. He is a shy Virgo, 11 years younger than me and if I had waited for him to make th first move, we would probably have been drawing our pensions....so go for it with confidence.
