Uranus is unpredictable, true, but also is adaptable and supplies unconventional solutions to problems - two very good things in a long-term relationship. While it's not known to make people more compromising (god know my 1st house Uranus doesn't), that it falls into into your 7th house - the house of mediation and compromise - suggest that these individuals' uranus enegies are perhaps more compromisng toward you (or you toward their Uranus energies) than is typical. So add that to Uranus' positive points, it seems like a good deal.
