I reckon its the same as sun sign and moon sign compatibility.The compatibility of the asc-asc sign become less significant if the asc has a strong contact with the sun or moon.Since your asc is conjuct his moon and your moon is trine his sun this indicates a very good rapport and general compatibility.Unfortunately you cant have your bread buttered on both sides,but this is just my opinion!
