Has anyone ever had this as a dynamic in a relationship?
What aspects make this happen?
There is someone I've kept in mind ever since meeting last year. Unfortunately we can never get the timing right. He was the first man I was ever truly intimate with, it was never consummated "in that way" though because I wanted that to happen after more of a relationship was developed.

There is a fated feeling. The reasons for the seperations was on the account of my childish fears and also the feeling that whatever between us is "heavy" and karmic. But something bonds us very closely because we seperate and then manage to come back together even if its after a whole year!
There's a sense of belonging I've never known but we've never been able to actually start anything.

The whole relationship has been delayed and put on pause only to be rekindled again. It's reminded me that time actaully is an illusion. He will be graduating and leaving soon but I can't forget this connection. I wish that whatever is to happen would just happen already.

There are so many detours in the road but they all lead me back to him.
What is this called again?

I have had relationships like this.. both significant in the sense of timing and life, and also of growth.
Different levels of feeling in each.

I have been in similar relationships. I know how you feel.
Check to see if you have a Sun to Saturn conjunction or Sun conjunct Venus. Both can be indication's of strong love or "fate" relationships. I wish you the best, good luck.

My Sun conjuncts his Uranus... I wonder if it's exact because that would explain a lot.
