Don't get over him being unforgettable, get over your need to have affection lavished onto you. Some guys just don't say things like that. Some guys are very closed off and not ocmfortable with emotions. Just know in you heart and mind that you care for him and let that reassure you.

Do you love him to get love from him>? or can you be content with loving him-period?

Sometimes you just have to be happy with loving someone and not expect it in return. That is unconditional love.

He said it, so if he felt silly afterward (for whatever reason) he would try to laugh it off like no big deal. Maybe it isn't a big deal to tell someone you love them, but if he knew it would be for you, then it doesn't matter. He still said it. Let him come around, if he feels that way he won't be able to hold out for long.

Youve just got to feel it and not pressure yourself into thinking you have to get over it.

My friends say it is easy for me to say this because I've never been in love. That may be the case.

But I have very strong feelings that totally consume. HOnest to goodness. It feels like I'm on mushrooms or something where I cant escape myself. And I have found by completely accepting my feelings, everything goes away.

I do that with any feeling I get.
When I'm crushing on someone and cant even stand to be near them, because I get nervous and really shaky, I just say to myself 'Its OK to feel like this' and BAM, it is OK.

Its just about being honest with yourself. Thats all.

I hope...I dont really know what to say. I just sympathise.
Love is tough, but it can also be so good.
Again and again and again.
