Oh! These games that we play with each other Never able to express How deeply we love Again searching for another Taking for granted we can always come back To the solace of each others arms Content To let our dreams drift softly through the Halls of each others hearts Kept safe, tucked away in promises And need Freed, by vows of friendship Memories of yesterday Guarantees of "Forever I'll stay" secured by always.Copyright 2004 shegoat IP: Logged |

Wow. . !I can really, really relate to that. That totally struck a chord with me. "To let our dreams drift softly through the Halls of each others hearts" Beautiful line. Beautiful poem! ------------------ There are some days when no matter what I say it feels like I'm far away in another country & whoever is doing the translating has had far too much to drink. Thank you so much. Even though I mispelled conjunct, lol. That is a very nice compliment and your line about the being in another country is very funny. Especially if they speak a version of your same language.Again thanks.IP: Logged |
