come on people..i'm not looking for a reading or analysis. its a composite chart for me and my best friend i'm trying to understand why there is so much love/admiration/trust there..must be 7th house and the enduring fixed quality of scorpio that keeps us together right?but 7th house can be painful in that its the house for "open enemies" too.. Also Pluto/Moon in Virgo in 5th sextile the stellium in 7th?Why did you add that last line about open enemies? Do you have doubts about her/him? I guess by nature, a friend doesn't fit into that category of open enemy but could only be a hidden enemy, and therefore has to do with the 12th, I would think. IP: Logged |

K, lemme see.... Six Scorpios in the chart, in the seventh house.. and whatever the whole open enemies thing, I still feel inspired about partnersship/devotion/working together when I see seventh house.. especially such a powwerful grouping. Gemnerally they say charts with very definate patterns.. definate aspects point to a fated sort of connection. You said 'best friend" aren't our soulmates our friends?I don't mean soul mate in the traditional sense.. but someone who knows your soul and vice versa. ALmost all the planets/signs are compatible.. Virgo/Scorpio ( falling in the fifth!!!) Mars the loner in the stellium falling in the sixth..... Action for others? Working in a united way for a common goal? Strengthening through service?Pluto, Uranus and the Moon. Interesting combination. Transformative, emotional, exciting, and in the house of passion/friends/fun/pleasure/children. I'll bet you guys communicate well and frequently, and mirror each other. Looks like a really nice composite! IP: Logged |

I found this fabulous article.. it actually explains something I have felt, but been unable to express.. I didn't have the right language for the feelings. She simplified it expertly. http://www.astro.com/astrology/in_composit_e.htm * I edited the big ol' picture. IP: Logged |

Liz Greene is a gifted astrologer. wow what a great article. Thank you for posting this. I found the part about Chiron soooo facinating. Does it resonate at all with you Pix and your feeling towards Mike? You have Chiron square the Sun which apparently "imposes limits".. I'm thinking you feel these limits. Your other composite with your friend seems more like a lover with the secretive Venus in Aqua in the 8th house. Not accusing you of having an affair, but if you were involved romantically, its seems to have that potential, doesn't it? IP: Logged |

It does have that potential. But it is not to be. Thanks for taking a look~ And the word limits is a massive presence in our life together *my hubby* When we talk about it, I will say a blanket statement.. like, It isn't you exactly, it is how I feel when we communicate. Much like the composite's ability to be a relationship's dynamic, it is a feeling surrounding him and I and our life.. not necessarily something I can pin down..... But he doesn't exactly get it, and thinks I feel this way about him, as a person.. It is hard to translate.. and in this case, completely true. It's like... one of those things you can't overcome, because it comes up as an undertone. I find behaviours unconsciously coming up.IP: Logged |

Pixel, I hear you so loud & clear. My husband is a brilliant, talented and extremely verbal lawyer. a litigator of all things. But when it comes to his feelings with me, he has a difficult time expressing himself unless I push him, and then he gets defensive. But my 3rd house venus/moon needs to hear him emote, needs to hear him say something sincere and loving every once in a while, you know? I'm easily moved emotionally and I crave it. He moves me to bitterness and negativity on many days. But like anything else, we ride the cycle. IP: Logged |

Continuously. That's exactly it.. a cycle. We will do the same things.... then hit a bump, and react the same way.... then overcome, and settle into the old pattern, after a time of real communication. Relationships are work. The problem is sometimes, I want to quit. The feeling of deja vu isn't a pleasant one.IP: Logged |

Any of you ever read "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus?" I snickered at it when in came out in the early 90s I believe it was, but now that I am actually in a marriage, I see that there is something to what the guy is saying after all.He talks about cycles of relating also, in his chapter "Women are like waves." I definitely feel this is the case with me. Could it all be hormones? -- Now I hear the guys on this forum snorting "PMS! We always knew it." But the truth is, men are subject to cycles of their own. They also have fluctuating hormones, and even a form of menopause, from what I heard. Maybe this wave thing has also to do with the moon. But apparently it isn't something that only happens to me, dammit!

loggerhead, my aries girlfriend had that book. she used to read me sections when we were home alone licking our wounds from paralell breakups. never heard of the wave analogy but it makes sense.pix, do you and your husband get much individual space? for me, if I have a day or two with no hubs I'm good again. Of course this is just a bandage. You have merc in libra like me, which means you're fair when you communicate and you probably happily take your share of any blame, whereas he, in typical aries fashion, doesn't believe its any of his fault. I think fire signs have a tuff time standing up and taking responsibility for thier actions. IP: Logged |

Yes... the cyclical thing.. this week, I am on my period, and last week, our big blow up, was of course, the week before. It is a crucial time for me in all respects.. everythinhg feels overwhelming, even if I handle it well on the outside, each month the same thing happens.. you'd think I'd know by now. I have a friend I confide in, and he is always saying.. what's the date? Which makes me angry, because I don't want my issues to be nullified by a stereotype, but well... any other time, I might be faced witrh the same criteria and handle it differently... you know? So yes, I definately suffer from the wave. But I think time and maturity has taken the anger from it and turned it into a sadness, and an undefinable longing.Yes, I have merc Libra. Diplomatic as all get out. I like to challenge the status quo, do things my own way, but I am pretty respectful and mindful when I do it. My Hubs has Aries Mercury. Opposite Mine, and very different. I have plenty of independent time, actually.. he doesn't. I encourage him to, but I guess I have plenty of outside interests which I pursue, and so I take opportunities.. whereas he has nothing that calls to him. Don't get me wrong, I name things perhaps he could do, if he can't think of any, we are good friends usually, and I try to help him find what he wants to fill the time I can't for him.. which is, really.. more than I should have... and more times than not, I relay on him to be responsible so I can pursue one of my projects. I wish he had something that drove him like I do. He relies on me too much to fill voids, that I simply can't... so it goes both ways. But in a sense, I am not happy with the mundane, and he is. So he will be content, and I will be antsy.. over the same things. It's not that I don't want to honour him, it's that I can define and do the things I want to honour in my own life, and he doesn't have that.. so mine take precedence. IP: Logged |
