I feel like screaming so.
He is my colleague. I know him since two years.
I always felt he is outrageously flirting cuz he used to say he loves me even in casual conversations.
Day before yesterday he proposed me. I laughed it off but it seems he is serious.
We were not in talking terms till last week because he asked if i had any romantic relationship with my friend (which I took as attack to my privacy)
He confessed he was jealous of any guy who gets close to me.
Honestly I am not used to such kind of declarations of love.
The Aries i was with was too insecure to let me know he loves me and the Sag didn't want to commit anything!
But I dont belive him completely.
He says he was trying to come out of his feeling for me for the last two years cuz I was always in a relationship, but now I should give him a chance!!
I know he is not like any other guy. Sometimes he speaks very profoundly but other times utterly flirterious.
right now I dont have any romantic feelings for him.
In fact I always considered him as a buddy to whom I can speak anything.
I know i am writing very incoherently cuz my thoughts are also the same.
If everything he says is genuine, He loves me truly, deeply, madly.

How sweet!  I think you should give him a chance. It does not mean that you have to rush into things but I think you should spend more time with him, talk more to him and know him better. Of course if you feel that you dont want to be in any serious relationship in the near future or are not attracted to him at all then you should say 'no'. Maybe he does not love you and just *flirts* but what if he does? Do you think it would be wise to lose it if you just don't want to believe? Did you look at your synastry aspects/placements?

He is in Charlotte, so i can only chat with him. He's repeatedly saying he needs me. There is no way I can know if he really loves me.

You can never know for sure if he loves you or not, you think he loves you and then all of a sudden you find out that he has never loved you! There are no guarantees in life.
