Presuming the charts would be predominantly Aqua and Virgo, I would say yes.....But it isnt that simple is it.. I am married to a Virgo man with Aqua moon....he is cool and detached and yet has many Virgo traits too..... Just depends on the other aspects IP: Logged |

I agree with Sue, you have to look at the whole picture.But in my experience you can not ever get away from that sun sign energy and with two sun signs that are not elementally compatible, the people involved will have to really want to make it work! 150 degreese has always been very difficult for me in synastry. I have even seen between friends obstacles and difficulites.My husband who is a Virgo has an Aquarian friend....they went four years without seeing each other, and it was only then because he took the initiative....she is very detached and at times cool  He says she doesnt want to get close to people ! xx IP: Logged |

hey hey hey, people, keep in mind!: There is so much more to consider than just sun signs. I'll admit that in itself, it does seems like a pretty god-awful match. It's definitely... unusual. But nothing is impossible! I've seen it work. IP: Logged |

I agree it can work, but as Sue, Hippi and Gooberzlostlovefound pointed out other favourable aspects can't hurt.
I think aquarians can be great for virgo and vice versa. They are both intelligent, mentally receptive people and can have great rapport with eachother. Also both of them are detached somewhat with their feelings, mistrusting what they most want... But once they discover it is eachother then all of a sudden they relinquish their inner selves and can be quite passionate! I know two relationships of this equation, one that lasted for 2 years and ended mutually and another which is into it's 6 month stage, (so still honeymoony a bit) although they involve aqua females and virgo men (and one of the virgo men had an aqua moon).------------------

Thanks all. I have no idea what his other signs are - and since he was adopted I'll probably never find out.. when I first found out that he was aquarius alarm bells started ringing in my head too! But i really like him so will choose to ignore conventional astro wisdom and give it a chance. We are on the same wavelength on lots of things which doesnt happen to me often. I think any two people can make it work, sun sign alone doesn't matter, depends on a lot of other things too...Aquas for the most part love people and are receptive. If you feel like giving the relationship the green light, go for it.IP: Logged |
