And if the "soulmate" goes on to make contact with other "soul connections" does the partner let them go and share themselves with the "others"???Does our real soulmate for example have a need to sleep with other people? IP: Logged |

The reason I ask the above question is, a friend of mine has met a guy and become close to him....he feels the same, and they say they are soulmates....However, the guy still wants to experience soul connections and if the situations arises, maybe to sleep with others.... What do you guys think of that type of situation.... Wouldnt real soulmates be true to each other......? IP: Logged |

i agree with you also fayte
perhaps it's just me but i seem to get the impression that most people see it as two halves comming together etc.
or they see it as something that is a natural occurance in this life, to meet their soul mate
i disagree with that stuff
i'm all for having fun and spending time with people
but at the end of the day i'm still me , they are still then, regardless of the connections leveli'm just a firm believer in self reliance on all levels, especially when you consider the amount of stupid things done in this world all for the sake of love IP: Logged |

Hmm...this may sound WAAAY out there, but why all the interest in soulmates lately? I mean in the world. For one, the internet has made it easier for people to meet. People who would never, ever meet just 20 years ago and who live on opposite ends of the world can now meet. So--if you believe in soul mates/twin souls--it is far easier for the two to orchestrate a meeting. Maybe this is part of a divine plan. Who knows? Food for thought: perhaps we are entering a time when souls are starting to meld. If you believe in fate and the divine providence of the universe, perhaps this is the start of a time when two become one. A great awakening? A little theory I'm working on right now.

Ah yes! The internet has made the world closer. I have met online folks who indeed seem to be soul connections from previous incarnations. Would we have met otherwise? It is all a very interesting time we live in now. Never before has mass communication been as it is now. In fact even since the 70s when the first telecommuncations satellites went up, so very much has changed! Anyone growing up before that remembers how SLOW communications were in any form. Geeez! Even phones were still on party lines in places! 
There was no satellite technology. No digital, no Led...still old knobs gears and cords and tubes. Transisters were still new fangled! Crystals the stuff of Science Fiction to most.------------------

hello , I've dugged up this older post in search for some "clarity" and peace of mind with my experience with my "twin connection" that I am going through at the moment. Every story seems to be the exact carbon copy. I've read a ton loads of other stories from other "twin" experiences. Thank You for sharing yours as it keeps my "fears" remain as that - fears and illusions. It helps me calm down with the thought that I am "separated" from the connection as we are currently not talking .... yet again!  I have finally SURRENDERED to God's will to face my issues once and for all... NOW or never! and the last few months have been the most painful, most scary, most heartbreaking pain I had to endure in my life. So many deep wounds have been conjured and faced, not only from this lifetime but many many lifetimes it feels. I am at the end of the HURRICANE. Away from the eye of the storm now. With my deep connection and undenying FAITH in God/The Universe, I am starting to finally SEE what TRUE LOVE is all about ... UNCONDITIOINAL / God's LOVE. I have my moments in waves where one day I can see the light , i feel immense joy , then I fall back into 3D word - the illusion, the heavy stuff. I learned to love my-SELF now day by day  and fully realized that I do not need anyone/twin to give me that love because I have always OWNED that deep love within myself ... always and forever IP: Logged |
